Dr Paul wouldn't even speak to me. now I have been very sick with cancer treatment and haven't been in for three years. they won't see me for 6 months due to the fact that I have not been in and they claim I had six missed appointments, which I adamantly disagree with! they don't care about their patients. The hygienist, Eva, was fantastic! She did my teenager's cleaning first, and they even invited me to sit in the room while she was in there. They were fast, efficient, and thorough. Once the cleaning was complete, the doctor came in to do an full neck/oral exam. Right away, he said to call him by his first name, and started chatting about school and such with her. He did his exam, and put our mind at rest about the way a few teeth were growing in, then gave a heads up that there might be a very slight overlap with a few teeth as she gets her wisdom teeth. He was very open about the cost of orthodontics to treat this, and said that he really wouldn't recommend spending that kind of money on something that will hardly be noticeable. When my turn came, I had the same level of exemplary service. I have a few obscure medical conditions, but Dr Roddy knew both of them immediately, and discussed how they can affect my bite/joints. I was astounded at his knowledge, and impressed that he knew how these conditions could potentially affect my oral health. I really can't say enough positive things about the staff overall. After seeing him almost 10 times he didn't perform the root canal that I so desperately needed. He did fill another of my teeth, and the filling fell out two weeks later. He cleaned my teeth 3 times in three months instead of performing the work that I really needed. He prescribed me antibiotics for almost 2 months and the pain nor the problem causing the pain went away. He also prescribed me an opioid that I didn't ask for nor did I take. When the receptionist found out that I recently added commercial insurance rather than just Medicaid they referred me to another dentist. I truly think that they are scamming the Medicaid system. Stay away from that Dr.
