They only prioritize and listen to your needs if you pay for the most expensive package. We had an elopement so we went with the cheapest package they offer. It was clear that we were moved to the bottom of the priority list because of that. We paid for 2 videographers which included drone footage and a teaser video. On the day of our wedding only 1 videographer showed up... he was very overworked and was rushing around everywhere and it delayed our ceremony about 30 minutes. We had our wedding on October 10th and we got the full video in June! - 9 months later... our contract said it would be 3-6 months. Lastly, the video included NO drone footage and had a random song over it when we specifically requested our own song and had a 20 minute convo with the videographer about our vision for the video. Oh and also they did not send the teaser video..... we had to call them every day for 3 weeks until finally someone called us back and then we got the video another 4 weeks later. It made zero sense to get the teaser video after the full video. Especially because we were told the teaser video would be available to us about 3 weeks after our wedding day. I would never recommend this company, it caused unnecessary stress on our wedding day. Noa is also impossible to reach, so it took forever to even get him on the line. It's a shame they're so unprofessional because they are talanted videographers and we had really high hopes. It angers me that we spent so much money to go with ZEB films for our elopement because they truly neglected us. Unless you're from the bachelor and have a massive budget, they simply don't care. read more

From the moment we met via FaceTime, to his amazing demeanor during our wedding, to his beautiful final product, our experience with Noa was truly unmatched. Most memorably, on the day of our excitingly-chaotic wedding when much of our perfectly planned day went array, Noa's calm and reliable presence was a true gift! Having planned our elopement across the ocean and never having met any of our vendors or ever been to Maui was a little nerve wracking, but the experience surpassed anything my husband and I could have ever expected! We planned an elaborate elopement a year and a half in advance. No family. No friends. Just a bunch of awesome vendors who helped make this day as special as can be. Noa and Ro arrived at the Andaz 30 minutes early with trunks full of gear and got to work. Watching numerous wedding videos made everything look so glamorous so it was very interesting to see what really happens behind the scenes. Noa and Ro were very detailed and such perfectionists...moving around furniture and props so that they could capture the perfect shot in the perfect lighting. The team made us feel at ease and everything felt natural even though there were many people around us. We haven't received our "film" yet but are so excited to relive this moment. We truly can't thank the team enough for making this day so magical and being such awesome people (*and by the way, Noa and Ro are a gorgeous couple!). Our wedding planner, Cherise (The Perfect Wedding Maui), recommended Noa to us. What helped my husband and I choose Noa as our wedding videographer was watching all his wedding videos, and we both just loved the style of his videos. I recently had my destination wedding in Maui. While planning for our wedding, my wife and I decided we wanted to have our big day memorialized. We had already hired our photographer (Mike Sidney who is an outstanding photographer) but wanted to have a motion picture to capture elements that a still photograph couldn't. After deciding that we were going to hire a videographer I started researching videographers local to Maui. My thought was that if I merely wanted a "video," I could have an aunt or uncle film it. Anyone can point a video camera and hit "record," but only a select few have the ability to make a good film. When I landed on Zeb Films site I knew I had found our crew. Noa has several of his films on his site. I watched all of them and was very impressed. I liked the cinematography, the aesthetic, the musical accompaniments, and editing. In short, each of his films told a story and that was just what I was looking for. We had great communication with Zeb leading up to our wedding date. On our wedding date, he and crew showed up early to capture the bridesmaids and bride preparing for the day. Not and his crew made sure to film different angles and captured many things that my wife and I were unable to notice - all while not being intrusive or in the way, it was almost as if they were not there. They were all very nice, polite, and respectful. We received our final cuts a couple of months ago and could not be happier. We received a short film (6-7 minutes) as well as a longer cut. Noa had contacted us so that we could give him a list of songs to incorporate in the film and he did a great job with that. I have to mention that Noa utilized a camera equipped drone. It was awesome. Again, the drone was not present during our ceremony - it did not take away from our event. However, our wedding site was beautiful and Noa was able to capture all that beauty by taking an amazing aerial shot of the site with the drone. Noa and his crew are absolutely AMAZING!! Their style and creativity is unique among the wedding industry. My newlywed husband and I tied the knot in mid-March in a beautiful beach setting on Maui, and we were fortunate enough to have Zeb films capture the special day. We couldn't be more happy with the film! Its not just a recording of events. It is a short movie that makes you feel as if you are right back in the moment, each time we watch it. We feel especially fortunate to be able to share this video with the people who were not able to make it all the way to Hawaii for the wedding. Noa was so easy to work with. Upon request, we let him know where we would be getting ready on the day, where the ceremony would be, and later, what songs we liked for the editing of the film. He handled everything in between for us. You will appreciate this freedom from questions on your big day! Another thing to note, very importantly, is how unobtrusive the crew were. There were two people in total. One for each house where we were getting ready, and then two (at different angles) at the wedding. We barely knew they were there, yet they were able to capture everything with great angles and lighting. They were very kind and respectful. Also, their knowledge and experience was obvious to anyone who knows the slightest bit about taking a video, or pictures for that matter. Have you ever tried to take a picture at sunset and realized just how hard it is to get your faces to show? Or how about taking a video on a windy day, and all you hear is static? Well, our wedding was at sunset, on an extremely windy day, yet you wouldn't even know it when you watch the video! If you're reading this post, then I congratulate you!
