My partner was supposed to be referred to another office, but we have been going back and forth for MONTHS because the referral either wasn't sent correctly or wasn't sent at all. We were repeatedly told to wait a week, only to find out the other office still hadn't received what they needed.This should not take months to resolve. To make matters worse, my partner has dealt with Lily throughout this process, and she has been extremely rude and dismissive every time he has spoken with her. I have personally heard the way she speaks to him, and it is incredibly unprofessional. We called again today, and thankfully, whoever answered the phone was the ONLY person throughout this entire experience who deserves 5 stars.She was kind, helpful, and actually gave us all the information we needed so we could figure it out ourselves. After months of being given the runaround, it's ridiculous that we ultimately had to take matters into our own hands. At least someone finally took the time to actually help us.
