I was told in writing and verbally that my copay would be $10 per visit, was charged $10 per visit for weeks, and was later told my actual copay was $45. I now have had a balance of roughly $560 since May because I scheduled far more sessions based on the $10 price I was explicitly given. Rausch's own billing department later confirmed that $10 applies at the Laguna Hills location, while Dana Point is $45. My insurance also confirmed to me in writing that my Dana Point copay has always been $45. Despite months of trying to resolve this, Rausch has largely refused to take responsibility, and communication from the GM, Jessica, has been extremely poor. I really did not want to leave this review because my actual experience with my physical therapist, Andrew, was excellent. He was professional, helpful, and genuinely tried to advocate for me throughout this situation. The staff at the Dana Point clinic were also friendly and supportive. Unfortunately, the billing and management side of my experience has completely overshadowed that. Here's what happened: When I started physical therapy at the Dana Point location, Rausch performed a verification of benefits and gave me a written document stating that my physical therapy copay would be $10 per visit. Before signing, I specifically asked staff whether $10 was actually what I would owe, and I was told that it was. Rausch then automatically charged my card $10 after each session, further reinforcing that understanding. Because $10 per session was affordable, I booked a large number of appointments. I absolutely would not have scheduled the same number of sessions if I had been told the actual cost was $45 per visit. After I had already completed many sessions, I began receiving notices saying I owed additional money. Rausch's billing department later contacted my insurance and confirmed in writing that my plan has a $10 copay at the Laguna Hills location, but a $45 copay at Dana Point. I then contacted my insurance myself and received written confirmation that my Dana Point copay has always been $45 and had not changed during the previous year. If my Dana Point copay was always $45, but Rausch's verification produced the $10 copay associated with the Laguna Hills location, then this appears to be a provider-side verification issue rather than a change in my insurance benefits. The disputed balance has now grown to approximately $560. Rausch's proposed resolution was either a six-month payment plan or paying $500 in a lump sum after a $60 discount. This resolution path honestly feels as if they don't care about or understand my situation at all, and it's very disappointing for me. The customer service from upper management has made this significantly worse. I eventually obtained the email address for the general manager, Jessica, because I was struggling to get the issue resolved through normal channels. My experience communicating with her has been extremely frustrating. Responses have taken an unreasonable amount of time, sometimes stretching out for multiple weeks, while I continued receiving notices about an outstanding balance. When a patient is dealing with a billing dispute involving hundreds of dollars, waiting weeks for management to respond is unacceptable. What makes this especially disappointing is that Andrew and members of the clinic staff actually tried to help me. Andrew spoke with multiple people internally and advocated for me, and Selina also tried to get answers from billing. My issue is not with the quality of the physical therapy. My issue is with how Rausch's billing and management teams handled the situation once the discrepancy became apparent. **Bottom line:** If the wrong location was used, as it was here, I do not think it is reasonable to simply pass the resulting balance onto the patient who relied on that verification. I am leaving one star because, despite excellent care from Andrew and PT team, I cannot recommend a healthcare provider when a patient can be explicitly told and repeatedly charged one amount, later be billed 4.5 times that amount, and then spend months trying to get a meaningful answer from management. I genuinely hope the owner reviews what happened here and that a fair resolution can still be reached. I would be happy to update this review if the issue is resolved appropriately.

Dr. Breen saved my life! I was 48 years old, had a 2 year…read moreold, and had debilitating fatigue and my muscles felt like they were atrophying worse each day... I was really lucky to know have my closest family friends (they are like me parents) be under his care for the past 15 years; they are almost 80 and thriving directly due to being under Dr. Breen's care. When I started realizing I was suffering the same symptoms that my friend told me she had 15 years prior, I knew it was time to call Dr. Breen to get started on the same successful regiment they were on. My mom's side of the family has been struggling with numerous auto-immune diseases for generations now, and unfortunately I have inherited them as well. Dr. Breen took all that into consideration on started me on a daily regimant that is easy, did numerous tests and started moniotring all of my horomone levels. Right away, within the first month I started to finally feel like myself again, it's been over two years and I am living an active lifestyle again because I have energy and feel alive! Dr. Breen is worth every single penny, especially for anyone experiencing scary pre-menopause/ menopause symptoms, especially ones where no other doctor will help with and just say "it's normal." Since stating with Dr. Breen, and being the age I'm at, and also being an avid traveller, I've spoken to several women and men who cannot get the help they need for midlife horomone hell, whether it be in the United States, Europe or Cental/ South America. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Breen and have been told by several doctors that have said how lucky I am, my bloodwork and results show everyone in my medical network (even in my regular medical insurance circle) how successful it is:) Finally I'm getting the answers I need and the instructions/ medications to be able to have a life again, a life not stolen from me by constant fatigue and mounting diagnosises. Highly recommmended! Menopause might be "natural" but you don't need it to severly damage your life, especially your mental health, healthy lifestyle and/ or your marriage. Seriously it's been a Godsend and I wish there were alot more Dr. Breens out there for women and men everywhere :)

All her medical equipments were clean that already put me at ease getting medical care from her. She had very good bedside manner, she courteously listened to all our concern, she thoroughly examined the patient and explained us in simple language that we can easily understand. I get to know her language proficiency in English, Mandarin, French and Spanish. She provided us some handouts for diet that actually helped the patient's blood pressure, sugar control and cholesterol etc. She also advised us to do regular exercises and educated us on how the physical activities can improve cardiovascular benefits. Dr Pao is like our live saver during this COVID. It's like we have urgent care visit in our home. Also she is like a secondary primary care when our doctors are unable to reach or unable to make an appointment. Needless to mention she also guided us like a wellness doctor. I can't put into a special word that can describe how grateful I am to get to know Dr Pao as our go-to physician. We had several visits with Dr Pao and all the experiences were phenomenal. If I can give 10 stars, I would give 10 stars since she is so great!!!
