Never again.... Terrible work, they were good at communication until I had a complaint, felt like I was interrogated when I called them on their work. Our job was supposed to be a complete clean, even had the manager come out and have a look at what needed to be done. So much was "missed" that we spent an afternoon cleaning after the "housekeeping" was done. Baseboards, windows, vacuuming in corners were all not done, even had to mop the floor because whatever they used to clean the floor left a film over the hardwood. Maybe I'm just expecting too much? I keep my home quite clean...like cleaning at least a couple things every day clean, but with my husband and I both traveling for work frequently and having 2 cats and a dog, the deep cleaning of baseboards, window sills, tops of things, blah blah doesn't get hit often. When we do schedule a service to help (not frequent) we select and pay for a deep clean to have those things hit. Since my home stays pretty clean, I don't expect a while, but these two (honestly sweet girls) young ladies were in and out of 1800 sq ft, 3 bed, 2 bath, plus office in 45 min as I was home working. As I was about to tell the girls the master bath counter was still very visibly barely wiped still with evident dust/makeup/water spots, she informed me they were headed out and asked if I wanted to check anything so naturally I was like oh dang ok yeah well here's this, but also with such an obvious miss, maybe take a look around at things like that before you go too...I don't want to micro manage you, and I'm sure you don't want that either so just give it another quick look. She wipes and comes straight back, I look down in the office and notice even these low traffic baseboards are still dirty. She insists it's just dark spots and they go. I paused work to take a quick look and immediately see not a single baseboard was hit (and we have some high traffic/quite dirty ones with pets) besides maybe a couple with a damp rag/single swipe leaving 80% of the dirt behind. Notice other spots like doors, knobs, light switches, placed behind/on top of things missed where those areas were cleaned elsewhere, etc. My husband calls and they refuse any partial refund as policy, and say they will send a team back out. Welp...in walk the same young ladies. I gave them a couple examples and showed how just a finger rub removed the dirt and they quickly re-hit the example spots in ten min and asked what else and at this point I finally said hey look, I'm working too, we clearly won't be on the same page, I don't think either of us want me to continue to walk you around my house showing you where to clean. It seemed a bit like they took advantage of an already pretty clean home as an easy job, and management isn't really willing to fully intervene, and it just made for an all around uncomfortable situation for all three of us that was severely over priced (which we were initially happy to pay, considering the reviews) and a customer still left with cleaning to do. I felt like I was to parent/supervise these girls when they should have been trained properly in the first place, and management should have been more eager to reiterate that instead of leaving met walk around and point to clean. I was really hoping for some help between trips but I've just spent more effort trying to get someone to do the job properly rather than just doing it myself...which I will now do half of anyways...for THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS. I had Zebra home cleaning services for a year. During this year, there were a lot of inconsistencies, but one thing were extremely consistent on was missing some sort of area in my house. I live in a 2,000 sq ft condo, 1 occupant, no pets - pretty easy clean job. I had to have them come back to my house to get the spots they missed on 4/12 cleanings. Not to mention, there were black marks on my white wall from their vacuum hitting it (they didn't claim they didn't do it). During their cleanings they were consistent on missing: - Sweeping carpets, stairs, & floors - Cleaning sinks - Cleaning surfaces - Dusting bannisters - Mopping / Sweeping bathrooms On the very last cleaning, I messaged the Quality Service Managers - Guilermo & Diana, because I was upset with the spotty cleaning. I had noted 8 different areas they missed. They both seemed very irritated and acted like this was my problem and their employees weren't. I sent them pictures of all the uncleaned areas and they offered me a $40 discount... (on a $200 cleaning), or they could come back and do the job THE RIGHT WAY. Why would I ever pay $160 for an incomplete cleaning? Needless to say, It's extremely disappointing to come home from work and not have a clean home. Especially, when you're paying $200 for that to happen. If you're not present when they clean, you will receive a rushed and incomplete cleaning. I would like to think that their employees take pride in their work, but this was a reoccurring problem which lead me to cancel their services. Be very cautious about purchasing their services. I'm a firm believer in giving people second chances - I even gave them more than that, but I was never satisfied and always felt like I had to double check their work to ensure I was getting my money's worth. I would never again pay for their quality of work and I hope you don't either. They don't care about the customer, and try to turn houses as quick as possible. read more

IF you want a clean home don't trust Zebra cleaning to do it. I gave this company more than enough tries to get this right and they have not. I know I waited too long to fire them, but I have a cleaning service because I have severe RA to my hands and feet that make it very difficult for me to clean my own home. It was just easier to have them come then to find a new cleaner. My home is tidy and ZERO pickup that needs to be done. There are areas of clutter like the gym/band room, office but they are not mentioned below as that would be unfair. 1. First they cannot make a bed like they put the sheets on wrong. Okay no big deal I can do that myself. 2. Then we realized they were not cleaning the ceiling fans super gross. We let them know, I think they are doing that now. 3. They were not removing the sink grate or cleaning under it. Which is super gross. We let them know and they are sometimes doing it now, but mostly I must double check and clean it myself most weeks. 4. The shower... I asked them to scrub the shower because it was getting mildew on the sides, I didn't expect them to do that every time but at least when we specifically asked. Guess who was on their hands and knees scrubbing out the shower? It was me. 5. Billing they switch out their billing system and used an old card that I did not want used luckily, I caught it and was able to switch it out. Who just goes and bills an old card they had on file, months and I mean months after it was replaced? 6. Window seals. It is supper hot, so we haven't had our windows or our blinds open and guess what, it looks like the window seals have not been dusted in that whole time. Super gross and bad for allergies. I have gone through today and cleaned them all today. When I reached out, I was told there is a touch up service for things like this, but they must be within 24 hours even through you can clearly tell it hasn't been dusted in months through the pictures I sent. I will NEVER recommend Zebra cleaning to anyone who wants a clean home. They also don't seem to care if you have a clean home. I gave them many chances and their response has been to make a note, so here is mine. read more

I've been using them for two months and they're phenomenal. I have a bog dog who's sheds like crazy and you can't even tell I have a pet by the time they're done! They leave little details around my home so I know they've been here ( toilet paper roses, throw blankets rolled up, pillows arranged, hand towel designs). I am profoundly disappointed with the deep clean I just received from Zebra Home Cleaning. And they came recommended to me by a friend and this was my first impression of them as it was the first time I scheduled with them. After they left, the main thing I noticed were the blinds and dust. It is very obvious the blinds were quickly cleaned with what I would assume is a brush of some kind, no vacuuming involved, as dust was everywhere, including still on the blinds. For example, there was a layer of dust on my kitchen table from the blinds next to it and around my kitchen sink. They also failed to move items and dust underneath them. I lifted several items on my mantle and it was dusty behind them. If I were to guess a feather duster was used, nothing more. In my kitchen, behind the knife block or on and under a tray that sits decorative items on my kitchen island were not visibly clean. There is absolutely no way it was wiped down. There were a few spots and smudges around my stainless steel gas range that also looked like it was quickly cleaned and not thoroughly done at all. They also asked me for trash bags instead of bringing their own. And our side gate was locked so they were unable to throw the trash away, so they left it by our gate instead of taking it with them. I have a high standard of what is clean, especially for paying several hundred dollars for a deep clean. I attempted to contact them and the only thing they suggested to do for me was send another team back out, which unfortunately I absolutely do not have time for as I made myself available to be home this morning for them. So she just apologized and that was all. I would not recommend them and ended up spending time after they left cleaning my house, which feels outrageous to me. read more

I think we were one of their first customers when we first moved in about two years ago... or at least that's when we first heard of them... we had been using ZEBRA twice a month, and now we have them once a month just because we had to start cutting some corners financially, but they don't skip a beat... once a month is more than enough because of how thorough they are. Whatever we ask them to do they do it with grace and extreme professionalis! I mean you name it... Our air conditioning vents, ours sliding glass doors, our ceiling fans. I thought I was the only one who was profoundly disappointed by my service but I'm glad to see I'm not alone. So many inconsistencies from the ground up. I call and get quoted one price, call back and get told another price and ultimately get billed another. You can't bypass a deep clean even if it's a new build so I paid for the deep clean and got a basic clean. I've had my previous house cleaned for years and for the price of basic cleans through other companies, and to pay for a deep clean here for double and STILL get a basic clean, I was not happy. What they advertise on Instagram and what they actually do is very misleading. I think it's possible they have girls that clean very well but I also think they have girls that don't. Texting back and forth was useless because messages were left unanswered or answered by random people. They had issues finding my house each time and were late all of the times. Managers promised me they'd come to my house to ensure this and ensure that yet I had never met a single one. We always want to see small businesses succeed but when given several opportunities to make it right, I will take my business to someone who works hard for it. If I have to re clean everything why have a cleaner? They didn't use any specialized products to clean anything. Overall an awful experience. read more
