Susan refused to accommodate this preference and stated that she would not continue the appointment if I chose to remain face down. I found this approach unnecessarily confrontational and dismissive of my comfort level. Throughout the session, there appeared to be no consistent technique, rhythm, or treatment plan. She repeatedly asked me to make various arm and body movements during the massage, something I have never experienced with any other massage therapist. Furthermore, she repeatedly dragged a collapsible stool across my hardwood floors, creating unnecessary noise and showing a lack of respect for my home. Overall, the session felt unprofessional, inattentive, and poorly executed. Instead of feeling relaxed, relieved, or cared for after the appointment, I left feeling physically uncomfortable, mishandled, and emotionally distressed. As a veteran receiving care through this program, I expect providers to demonstrate professionalism, respect for patient preferences, and basic customer service skills. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations. I am submitting this review because I believe serious attention should be given to the quality of providers being assigned. I had my first in home massage with Daphne Rollins. Fantastic! She was very accommodating to my needs and was able to customize my massage just for me. If you don't have a table they will bring one you only provide two sheets and a pillow case. Easy booking on their app and the price is right for the quality. Daphne will be my masseuse in the future as i plan on getting a monthly membership. Best part of an in home massage is when your done you are already home. No need to stress while fighting traffic. Very convenient to be able to request instantly based on your convenience and have the therapist come to the house. I found the home even more relaxing since I didn't have to get back in Atlanta traffic. I felt very comfortable - they vet their therapists (and customers) diligently. My massage therapist was a deep tissue genius. I've had a lot of stress recently and some tough workouts. Tim worked out all the kinks. The next day I was knot free and extremely relaxed. Had two therapist cancel on me. One in the early morning of my appointment made the day before and the other about 2 hours before the Massage. One had a legitimate physical issue. The other just sketchy. You are letting unknown folks into your home. I hope Zeel is really vetting them well. Has given me pause about continuing my relationship with Zeel.
