Dirk Zeigler spent more time explaining all the different types of polices that I should consider without trying to just sell me a policy. It was very educational. We just moved to this area and opened a new business, talk about a change of life! In preparation of our grand opening we knew we needed liability insurance and asked around for a reliable insurance agent... Ziegler Insurance was the response, asked three individuals, got three Zieglers! When I contacted Dirk over the phone I immediately felt at ease, like I was having a conversation with an old friend. Very pleasant... A couple days later he was sitting at our table going over the new policy that truly gave us the best coverage. The policy covered more and the premium was less than another agency we were just about ready to go with. I called the office a few days ago, not realizing it was just about closing time.
