I've used their acupuncture/cupping/fire cupping service with Kristen who I enjoyed building my rapport with. She's really personable and it was easy for me to like her as my practitioner. I've had several session with Dr. Maya as well to help me with some hip/neck issue. The front desk staff takes your temperature before you sign in and they sanitize the pens/high touch surface frequently. I've never had any issues with them that is inaccessible to my deafness. They have been so accommodating during my visits and in communicating re: emailing instead of calling. This review reminds me that it's time to reschedule with them!

The vibe wasn't good and I regret coming here I paid upfront because it is required so I couldn't walk out after the fact and I left in more pain than when I walked in. For me it's important to have a feel of cohesiveness, trust, & comfort; especially when dealing with the vulnerability that you have to kind of surrender during a massage. My husband and I had a couples massage that was purchased off of Groupon. He was paired with Tammy and I Travis. Travis hit areas that I had no clue I had pain in. You can tell he really listens to your body's reactions in response to his manipulations. He worked a lot with pressure point release while still maintaining a fluidity of movement.
