Got a student massage was horrible didn't know a massage means just touching with oils (cheap oils) and not real rubbing to loosen up any muscles just light pinches feels like they just want you to sleep so they don't they don't have to do anything but its not relaxing and waiting for the massage to come to you but you can't sleep. They thought i was sleeping but i was awake the whole time I could tell when she thought I dozed off. But when i was showing signs of not sleeping she tired harder for a few sec. Waste of money and time. Plus the massage wasn't the full hr only 3/4 guess it adds up to hr for filling out paper work, letting you get ready and waiting for them to come in. Had a massage here a few months ago and the keep sending me emails now. So the message was fine. However the guy made it a point to let me know how weird he thought it was that I hadn't had a message before. So everyone has to start somewhere right, like what's the big deal. Best massage I've had in Anchorage. More expensive than other places, but you get what you pay for, and massage is one of those things I think is worth paying more for higher quality. I've seen more than one massage therapist here and they all do an excellent job. You fill out an intake form before your first appointment so your massage can be tailored to fit your needs. And unlike other places I've visited, you actually get the full amount of time for which you pay. Other massage therapists I've seen wouldn't go for the full hour of my appointment but these ones do. Besides the massage quality, what stands out to me is the atmosphere of the place. The lobby is very calming with a water fountain and essential oils and other things for sale. The private massage rooms are just as nice. Soft lighting, pleasant music, and plenty of space around the massage table so you don't feel cramped. If you're a frequent visitor they have "memberships" that allow you to purchase multiple massages, and you can divide the payments. I would do that if I wasn't paying back hundreds in student loans every month. So for now this is a once a month "treat yo'self" kinda thing for me. read more

Bought a package of 5 1-hour massages from this place a few months back and just recently had my second one from Katie... and it was amazing! The place itself is welcoming and relaxing and I think they hear their tables. I also like that they prop your knees when you're on your back (a typical thing... but not everywhere does it!). Katie was great - she started w asking what I like about massages, what I don't, and areas I wanted her to focus on. Best of all - she kept those in mind throughout the entire hour! She stayed away from my upper back (yes a weird request but it's always too hard there for me) and gave my calves extra attention. At the end, she even recommended other types of massage I might like. All and all, I left feeling fantastic and will definitely be back requesting her specifically. LOVED IT! The *only* thing that keeps it from five stars is that it's a bit pricey... but in anchorage that really can't be helped I guess. read more

I basically paid $200 for a nap... the massage therapist didn't even massage me... and my boyfriend's massage therapist hurt him he said he's in more pain now than he was when we got there :/ read more

I am a monthly visitor at massage now. Unfortunately due to my neck + shoulder; it's a horrible pain. I use to not have a favorite masseur until I had Antolina giving me massage. She's not only have magic hands but she's also an incredible person, beautiful! Inside and out. read more

Fantastic massage!! Atmosphere is great, staff is very nice, therapists great. I had an hour long table massage and it was amazing. Perfect amount of pressure and I felt great walking out of there. My experience was very relaxing. To the point I had to wake up to Change to my back for the rest of the massage. Afterwards we talked a little about what I could try for some special areas of concern. The next time I am in Anchorage. I will definitely be going here again. Their massage is okay. The reason why I am giving 1 star is that a manager(Lee) promised me a free massage after one of therapists bruised all over my body, she offered a free massage then never reply or follow up with me. I don't want a free massage lady. Just don't offer or promise something that you would never do or willing to do. Never again to this place. read more
