I walked the staff through my home and showed them what was important to me. They said not a problem. They said it would take about 3 hours. I left thinking they would take care of the house. When I got back in the 3 hours.The kitchen cabinets (they are white) looked great. The floors in the living room and dining room looked good. The bathrooms looked ok. They had not even vacuumed my bedroom, they hadn't wiped my bedroom counter, were just vacuuming the kitchen. I was not as concerned about time as I was a good job. They left the bathroom counter not wiped down . The kitchen floor was no better than before they came. They never even gave me the option of paying and them staying to do the floor. The biggest mistake I feel I made as a customer, was not staying with them. The manager was to call me back and set up a monthly time. They never called me back.
