When I went in for my appointment to have these issues addressed I was told that if I wanted anything "fixed" that I would need to pay for it. The APRN stated "I promise I don't fill the needles with water" which I found odd considering I never accused her of doing so.... So when I asked why I spent $900 and still have lines and it looks like I had nothing done, she stated they wouldn't be fixing it and I'd need to pay. End of story. I am extremely disgusted by this facility and definitely won't be returning. If I could give zero stars, I would....

During my second visit, the treatment was shorted, and when I brought it up, both Gloria and the owner, Nicole, tried over and over to make me pay for treatments I had already paid for. Despite having proof of my purchase, they completely ignored it and even refused to give me access to the machinerecords that could show what was actually done. When selling the treatments, the staff and owner are extremely friendly, charming, and persuasive, making you feel comfortable and like you're getting a great deal. But once you pay, they switch completely -- suddenly you are ignored, dismissed, and treated as if they are doing you a favor, even though you already paid in full. They lie, mislead, and try to make you feel like the problem is yours, not theirs. I felt pressured, disrespected, and completely taken advantage of. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in a business. They promised a complete treatment package, but what I got was half-done, shorted, and mishandled, and instead of fixing it, they tried to squeeze even more money out of me. Warning to anyone considering Gulf Cosmetics: Do not trust their words. Do not pay a single penny without proper documentation. Make sure you get everything in writing and have proof of every treatment or payment. This clinic is all charm and friendliness at first, but once your money is in their hands, you are treated like an inconvenience, ignored, and pressured for more money. based on my experience, I would never go back, and I would warn everyone I know to stay away. My parents have lived here since the 1980s and have been consistent with their appointments. I am appalled at the abusive, disrespectful way they were treated by the front office staff. Unacceptable. The second time I asked for the same thing and felt she did something different. She had already injected about 1/3 the units and then clarified what exactly I was getting it for based on our conversation talking about about two different reasons, despite me mentioning the reason at the beginning. I felt she started off injecting different areas than the first time and I left with a bruise. It has been well over a month and I do not see the result I wanted. I feel as though I wasted money. There is a first time discount and and a rewards club too, because Botox is not cheap. I did not get an itemized bill, which would have been helpful as I had questions which have since been answered by business. No receipt was offered, but it was given when I asked for it. Both times wait was very long despite not having many clients in the office. I would say first time was close to 40 min wait in the room, second time maybe 25. Place is definitely friendly and social. Office is beautiful, clean, and in a great location on Seven Springs Road. They stay in contact and are motivated to grow the business. There is an attached eye clinic also. Overall, I am apprehensive about returning based on my experience, as it was quite a chore finding the service I needed before locating this office.
