I made a $500 deposit for a surgical procedure, but just two days later an unforeseen circumstance arose that made it impossible for me to move forward. I immediately called to explain the situation and requested a refund or even the option to use the deposit toward another service, such as Botox. Unfortunately, I was told no to both. I completely understand that businesses need to protect their time, but keeping a full $500 deposit after only two days -- before any services were rendered or time was spent preparing -- feels extremely unfair and unethical. Life happens, and good businesses show understanding and flexibility when unforeseen situations arise. I'm disappointed that this office chose to prioritize policy over compassion. read more

Doctor Landon did my breasts 5 years ago and I went back and got them redone just a month ago. His work is amazing and his attention to detail is unmatched. You can tell he really cares about his patients and is very passionate about what he does. His bedside manner is another great thing about him. He takes the time to explain everything to you and makes you feel comfortable and confident in your decision. I absolutely love my results and would recommend him to anyone! Hallie his nurse is so kind and caring as well. She makes the process from your pre-op to your post-op go so smoothly and is always available to answer any questions you might have. I highly recommend Dr. Bruce Landon and his staff! From the very first phone call with Jennifer, to the consultation with Dr. Landon, the pre-op appointment with nurse Halli to the actual surgery, everyone was so nice, welcoming and answered all my questions. Dr. Landon was so nice and thorough during my breast augmentation consultation, he immediately made me feel at ease and that he would take care of me and give me the results I was looking for. The surgery was quick and easy and the results turned out WAY better than I could imagined. I love my new boobs so much and recommend this office to all my friends and family. The ONLY thing I can complain about the lack of communication/follow up from Dr. Landon. I just wish he would spend a little bit more time with his patients and maybe be present at the last post-op appointment. I found Dr. Landon doing a google search of "best plastic surgeons near me." The reviews of him, his work and his staff impressed me, so I booked a consultation. I was nervous about modifying my body, but Jennifer made me feel instantly at ease. She spent a lot of time with me answering my questions and helping me choose a breast size that looked natural, but full. She was always so responsive to any questions I had prior to surgery, and got back with me right away. She even met with me again when I was struggling with size, providing feedback that ultimately resulted in the perfect size! Dr. Landon was the same - answered all my questions and was honest about what to expect with various sizes, ext. You can tell he really cares for his patients' safety and longevity of results, but also cares how they feel about the way they look. I never felt I was being "sold" to. On the day of surgery, the nurses spent time, again easing any anxiety, as did Dr. Landon. Halli, the nurse who does post op, is gentle, kind and helpful. Just what you want and need after surgery. I really can't say enough about my experience here. Even the front desk girls are kind and helpful. I've worked in the operating room, and I'm pretty picky with doctors. Having a staff as receptive, kind, and caring, who also say the same about Dr. Landon is rare. I'm so grateful for the care I was given! read more

Customer service of the Jennifer the assistant was extremely unprofessional. She ghosted me twice when attempting to schedule my preop appointment and I had to be the one to reach out to attempt to schedule it again. One time she set up a call but later proceeded to tell me they were closed at the time we scheduled the call for. She should've mentioned that before scheduling the call. I went to see Sabrina at Dr. Landon's office. I went there in 2016 and seen a girl name DENISE. She was fabulous so I trusted the place and went back. I explain to Sabrina exactly what I wanted in full detail. She didn't listen she gave me a frog lip and fat apple cheeks. The 11th on my forehead are still there. My forehead still is able to move even though she said she put dysport ,frown line more visible cried for two weeks I went back, explained again showed her over and over again. I took pictures of my face every day for two weeks. She said she would take care of it. I didn't look any better than I did when I first went to see her I have before and after pictures, they charge me almost $2400 and here it is just about two months out and every time I look at myself, I think of the money that I wasted. I suggest you do your homework and really find out who you letting put needles in your face shame on this company. There was absolutely no excuse for this. If she couldn't do what I asked for she should've said something instead, they just took my money! read more

In December, he performed a facelift, fixed my neck, eyebrow lift that lifted my saggy eyes, and a Co-2 laser treatment that smoothed my face.
