Although I underwent two surgeries at the same clinic (the first on December 1, 2025, and the second on May 5, 2026), Dr. James Lyons did not perform the abdominal contouring I paid for in either of these two surgeries. Furthermore, during the first surgery, fat was injected into my upper flanks, above the buttocks, without my authorization or consent, creating an unnatural and aesthetically unpleasing appearance that I never requested. This situation has caused me severe emotional distress, anxiety, financial hardship, and physical dissatisfaction. I also had to travel from another state twice due to unsuccessful attempts at correction, which resulted in additional expenses and a very heavy emotional burden on my life. I have photographs, conversations/messages, proof of payment, and medical documentation related to the procedures and results.

She had already injected about 1/3 the units and then clarified what exactly I was getting it for based on our conversation talking about about two different reasons, despite me mentioning the reason at the beginning. I felt she started off injecting different areas than the first time and I left with a bruise. It has been well over a month and I do not see the result I wanted. I feel as though I wasted money. There is a first time discount and and a rewards club too, because Botox is not cheap. I did not get an itemized bill, which would have been helpful as I had questions which have since been answered by business. No receipt was offered, but it was given when I asked for it. Both times wait was very long despite not having many clients in the office. I would say first time was close to 40 min wait in the room, second time maybe 25. Place is definitely friendly and social. Office is beautiful, clean, and in a great location on Seven Springs Road. They stay in contact and are motivated to grow the business. There is an attached eye clinic also. Overall, I am apprehensive about returning based on my experience, as it was quite a chore finding the service I needed before locating this office.

From my arrival at the ER to my discharge home, all the care was exceptional. My touch points were the ER, CT Scan, radiology, Cath lab, PACU and of course the floor. In this case, I was on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). In each department, I cared for by people who were very professional and informative. Even the transport staff explained every step. Since my PCP does not round in the hospital, I was cared for by the hospitalist group. Dr. Angelo was my main physician but anyone who visited showed a very caring attitude. They addressed all my needs from education, pain control and even diet. I was very comfortable since I knew that there was always someone that the staff could access. The staff on PCU were wonderful. I especially want to mention KaSandra (my day shift RN), Patty (my night shift RN) and Margaret (my day shift PCT). They were concerned about my health and recovery and were very attentive to all my other needs. I never had to wait for someone to respond whether it was for a question or toileting needs. All three of them are truly patient advocates. Everyone made what could have been an overly stressful experience a lot less so. Although I hope I never have to, I would return and recommend. I'm on the road to recovery and appreciate the excellent start I had on that journey.

The hat I wear is an eagle representing the respect I have for the military and nothing to do with MAGA. I was treated with disrespect and extreme anger at Trinity Hospital. I did nothing to be treated that way. I was in a lot of pain and was treated with extreme hostility to the point I thought I was going to be attacked by the person that got in my face and yelled at me to leave the hospital around 12:30AM because, he said I pissed him off and made him angry, now I know why.

Gregory was very professional and polite along with knowledgeable and courteous and explained clearly as he was doing the first part of my process of appointment. I was then seen by Priscilla( who was very professional and explained everything as she was doing the process of dilating my eyes and looking into what the problem was. Then next Dr. Williams came in and look at my eye also( very professional also ). Then I was given a sample of the drops and given a follow up appointment in few days. My eye infection was very bad , worse I ever had in my life and I started feeling like I couldn't wait few more days so I called the office number ( and got the answer service). Within 5 minutes that morning Dr. Perich called me back and sent ASAP an antibiotic to my pharmacy and within 2 days my eye was back to normal. I am so glad I was referred by my PCP to go to Perich Eye Center. I hope that Gregory, and Dr. Williams and Priscilla and Debby and all the team that was there that day is acknowledged for excellence in taking care of my eye needs. He took one look at my MRI and told me they had treated the wrong area. He is experienced, knowledgeable and extremely competent - actually cared about helping me find a solution to reduce my back pain. He referred me to a surgeon to stabilize one area and scheduled an epidural after surgical recovery for another area of my spine. During this 7 month period he also helped me lose 50 pounds! Something I had been unsuccessful at doing for 20 years and dozens of diets including 3 day fasts. Again he immediately diagnosed a metabolism problem and prescribed medication (a pill) that works wonders. I've tried everything to relieve my back pain and lose weight for 20 years. This man gave me my life back! He is my hero. As far as communication with the office staff (who I always found to be professional and caring) is by text. I have become quite fond of them.
