A great way to unwind and meet new people for networking. The centers manager, Nancy is awesome. Besides running the place in an efficient businesslike manner, she is very responsive to all your needs even helping me figure out about five times how to use the phone! She always does it with a Huge smile on her face and is extremely friendly and upbeat. She makes the place humAnd creates a friendly but businesslike environment holding many social networks after work so the tenants can meet each other and share business ideas. Lexi is the new receptionist and always has a big smile on her face and greets the clients in a very professional manner. She is the director of first impressions and does a great job. We stayed here as a VRBO.one draw to the resort is a balcony. We love having coffee on the balcony in the morning and wine in the evening. The resort has Valet parking which I typically love but a little sloppy here. Back to the balcony. We were on a night floor which was advertised as the penthouse. Except there were two floors above us. Worst part was that the HVAC machines were on our side of the building which created constant noise. Big letdown. So in my business I can't help but look at things that are being neglected. Typically that's not a good sign. The pathway to the beach was not what the advertisement showed and much of the brick work was damaged and appeared neglected. They do have a restaurant on the property. We had breakfast there one morning. Not my fav. They have a store with beach wear but ridiculously expensive. Would we stay there again? I think I'll pass. You decide for yourself.

I reserved a private office for two of us one day which cost $50. We were able to use their printer and scanner, coffee machine, and even free soda/La Croix from the cooler. The space felt quiet overall, but you're able to talk freely. Some nice light music was playing in the background which I didn't mind. The location is about a block away from Grand Public Market which is a score for lunch, snacks, or more coffee. There's a parking lot, as well as street parking. Overall, I'd definitely recommend checking The Studio out if you're in need of a space!

Our experience at this apartment community was disappointing from start to finish…read more The most noticeable issue was that neither the main lobby nor the apartment hallways are air-conditioned, making common areas consistently uncomfortable, especially during warmer months. The parking garage has significant maintenance problems. On the level below the apartment pool, chemicals appear to be leaking through the walls and ceiling, creating stalagmite-like crystal formations. The leaks have the potential to damage vehicles parked beneath them (see photos). Inside our unit, we dealt with repeated maintenance issues. Our closet walls sustained water damage due to a leaking shower, and our dishwasher remained broken despite multiple maintenance requests before it was finally repaired. Management was also inconsistent in enforcing policies. The rules regarding elevator use on moving day changed depending on who you spoke with, making an already stressful process even more frustrating. Another recurring issue was the frequent odor of marijuana throughout the hallways. Whether due to poor ventilation or inadequate air filtration, the smell regularly traveled into common areas and diminished the overall living experience. The move-out process was perhaps the most frustrating part. During our final walkthrough, management indicated that our apartment was in good condition and told us we should expect our security deposit to be refunded. However, we later received a certified letter stating that our deposit would not be returned. No explanation or itemized rationale was provided, leaving us feeling misled and disappointed. If you're a science enthusiast who enjoys observing crystal formations growing from garage ceilings, don't mind uncomfortable common areas, and accept that your security deposit may effectively be non-refundable regardless of what you're told during move-out, then this may be the place for you. Otherwise, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
