The inside of the lobby always smells nice and each bathroom has scented soaps from Bath and Bodyworks. Each detail is important to management at these office suites. The parking valet is respectful to the office suite leasees. Walking to Atlantic Avenue and grabbing breakfast or lunch is so easy and other people in the industry of advertising have offices close to Office 55. I reserved a private office for two of us one day which cost $50. We were able to use their printer and scanner, coffee machine, and even free soda/La Croix from the cooler. The space felt quiet overall, but you're able to talk freely. Some nice light music was playing in the background which I didn't mind. The location is about a block away from Grand Public Market which is a score for lunch, snacks, or more coffee. There's a parking lot, as well as street parking.
