First time fully checking out Zen Spa. Spa is located on the first floor of Woodbridge Mall. I like the idea of walking in and getting a massage but this isn't really for me if I'm seeking full on Zen vibes. Space appears clean, man greeted me as soon as I walked in and I was shown to a private room for a 45 min massage. Thankfully I have common sense and got undressed because he didn't even say anything, just walked me to the room and walked away lol, no words. I actually like few words and wished it remained. Unfortunately he was very loud when he yelled for Amy while she was mid getting my knots out. And sis yelled back. Yeah. No. We not doing that. But they did, twice lmao. Sooooooo the price is amazingly affordable and Amy knew how to give a massage, that's for sure, however I will pay double for quiet and ultimate relaxation. Zen me please After a discovery of this place around Mothers Day 2021 it has become a welcome addiction. This hidden gem.is such a vibe. I was looking for those chairs you just sit face down and I'm so happy I stumbled upon this place while at the mall. Pricing is decent, basically $1 a min. The place is very clean and the staff are super friendly. I paid $35 for 30 mins. I thought I would be faced down on those massage chairs but I was put in a private section where I layed comfortable face down. Just like when you go to those fancy spas. The place was very relaxing and I didn't feel rushed at all! They even used some massage oil/lotion and hot stones on you! I was very surprised and satisfied. The timer went off but she kept it going for about another 5-8 mins to finish up. I was really impressed and I will be going back here! Went there yesterday for the first time and had the best massage ever. I saw Kevin. He was very professional and really worked out all my knots and pressure points. I highly recommend and the price is great. You get taken into this private room where you remove your clothing, keep undergarmets on, and maintain a towel over you. Loved the massage I received so much that I HAD to take the time to do a review. Zen Spa is definitely a gem. I did the 45 minute massage for $40 and it was the best massage I've received especially for the price. She took her time and definitely got all of the knots out and had me feeling totally relaxed by the end of the session. Thanks Zen Spa! I'll definitely be back in the future. I've never gotten a massage before and didn't know what to expect. My back has been aching for quite some time so I said "what the heck" I asked them to just do my back where it ached but he ended up doing the entire backside. When he had started,I felt like it was just okay but then he got into it. Towards the end of my half hour, I felt extremely relaxed. I was very satisfied. I'm handicap and have problems with my arms and wrists but he still have them a helluva massage. The pricing really isn't bad either and they have daily specials! I had a really bad knot in my neck and I decided to give this place a try since I always pass by when shopping in the mall. I originally was going ti do 45mins for $40 but then as Susie my masseuse started to work on my shoulders, I gave in and did 60mins for $55 for complete body massage from my face, head, neck, shoulders, back,, arms, legs and down to my toes. Thankfully I did not need to make an appointment and the rooms were pretty clean. The only drawback was you could hear the outside mall noise over the soft ambient music. playing overhead. I didn't tip her because of how unsatisfied I was and she had the odacity to come outside of the mall and ask for it three times. Unprofessional and never coming back again. read more

I would like to give this place 5 stars but there's a few things keeping me from it. My last time in I had a female massage therapist and I must say the massage was excellent. It was at the end when I went to pay that things were weird. It was $40 for 45 minutes. I gave the lady $60 and asked for $5 back so she can have a $15 tip. She seemed very confused and then called a male worker for help. It seemed they didn't think I wanted to tip and just pay the massage rate. They weren't speaking clearly so I couldn't understand completely but the male worker started to point at a sign saying "tips are appreciated" multiple times. I tried explaining but they still seemed very confused. Eventually she gave me $5 back still looking unsure of the situation. I would like to go back for a massage again but I feel awkward now that they may think I'm a bad customer or something along those lines for not tipping. read more

Aside from the language barrier, I must continue my recommendation of 5 stars for Zen Spa. They are a hidden gem. I have NEVER had a bad experience there. They all have "magical" hands. I usually get my massages from Susie or Jack, but Anna is also a great masseuse. Their prices are very reasonable, they do not pressure you into purchasing any type of packages and the hot stones are included. Susie is the only one there that clearly understands English, which is why I try to get my appts with her. They accept walk - ins which is wonderful.
