Located behind the Morgans Mango restaurant in the little pink "hut," you'll want to look for the sign and turn right past the restaurant. Climb the steep driveway and park above the pink building. Inside, you'll find two beds for couples' massages, and you get undressed to your comfort level. What makes Laura and Remi so great is how much they communicate. "Problem areas," "Pressure"...consistent check-ins during the massage. Perfect pressure from Remi, and the wife said the same with Laura! In addition to the massages themselves, we really enjoyed the citrus-scented oil they used as well as the eucalyptus mask when lying in our backs. At the end of the day, it was one of the highlights of the entire trip, and I couldn't recommend them more. One minor preference is wishing they gave you a hot towel to rub the oil off, but that is a nit-picky request. Plus, we got our dog fix in meeting Willow, the rescue dog who was super sweet. The parking lot says park at your own risk which didn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. The facility was clean and simple, but very small and nothing special. I could have overlooked all that if it hadn't been for the price. $210 for 80 minutes, so it cost us $420. IMHO it was unreasonable for a place like this and I wasn't told the price up front when i called to book, which was my mistake. If I had known, I probably would not have scheduled.

Our therapists showed up about 20 minutes late and after setting everything up in our room, we didn't get started until 10:30am....thirty minutes late. We informed them that we would need them to end the massage a little early at 11:15 because we had something planned after. They were very apologetic. The massages were pretty good and had our bodies feeling relaxed after. As they were packing up after, they said they would talk to their boss and inform them they were late and to discount our service. They said I would be receiving a call from the person charging me to discuss further. Fast forward to later in the evening and I received a receipt for the service, no phone call, and saw they only took off $10 for this inconvenience. Please keep in mind they charge $30 to come to Margaritaville...additionally they added a TIP without even consulting me! According to their website, they only add gratuity for 4 or more people. Photos of receipt for proof. Super unprofessional/disappointing experience for the amount we paid in my opinion. Also wouldn't have tipped them $64. Would not recommend. Two stars are purely for the massages and the piece of aloe plant they brought for my sunburn.

She gave a deep tissue massage without discussing it beforehand, (we booked a couples Swedish), then charged more for it-along with a surprise $25 travel fee. None of these costs were disclosed in advance. The massage was just okay, and the lack of transparency and communication made the experience misleading and disappointing. I would not recommend if that's how she conducts business.

Well my husband was receiving a message, I was being instructed on what to do on the antigravity hammock. Not one time did I feel like I was just there waiting on my husband to get done with his massage. She is awesome like that! Hands down the best part of our vacation.
