For new clients 1 hour massage of facial €40. If you become a member (free) then you pay €45 for a massage or facial monthly. Offer other services too. Such a very good deal. I get the medium Swedish massage. Very happy with service. Quiet, peaceful surroundings right on Fade street. Who knew? Must pre-book. Wifi was been out for months. Somebody trade a massage to fix that please. read more
This spa is not bad, but it isn't great either. The massage was good, but I couldn't relax or be comfortable. The room had massive windows with no blinds or curtains so the room was too lit. There was no music because apparently their radio was broken. Their massage rooms are also so close to each other, and around three girls found it convenient to stand outside the room I was in, and chat for at least 15 minutes. Given that when I book a massage, I am usually super looking forward to it, this was a disappointment. read more
I'm between a three and a four-star for this one....3 and a half would be ideal.. Went here last Saturday, had been once before with a groupon voucher, and had found it to be super-refreshing and relaxing. Had a Swedish massage last time - lovely masseuse...recommended all around me. This time round, the hubby booked us into a double treatment room so we could chat while we were having our massages! haha, yep he's cute that way..! Anyhow, he booked us in for deep-tissue massages, thinking we needed an extra bit of kneading to usual. Very friendly all round on arrival, were asked about previous experiences etc., and then left for a few minutes to ready ourselves. On return, they got straight to it, and I never experienced an hour of pain quite like it as yet. Despite my waggling head, waving hands, and 'do you mind being slightly more gentle / less psychotic!!' signals, I came out on the verge of tears! I have no doubt that these folks definitely know what they are doing, and their pricing is keen (€45 for an hour, with deals via a loyalty card) but this d-s massage was not for me. Will go back, but not for that particular treatment. read more

Had a really great massage at Zenergy this month. Ann was really relaxed and chatty, but more importantly for me, really knew how to give a deep tissue massage. I could tell she was able to pin point my tight spots and focus on them to relieve pressure. Also gave me tips going forward to help. Place itself is in a great location in town just off Georges st, is nice and clean, and the staff were generally friendly. Would recommend giving Ann a call read more
I got a Deep Tissue Massage for the first time here with the therapist Aoife after passing by this place so many times meaning to go in. I swim a lot so my shoulders are very tight, but she was very good at massaging and although a little painful, I felt relieved afterwards. The therapy rooms are really nice: dim candle lit and warm with the perfect atmosphere for any spa therapy. The salon itself was clean, accessible right in the middle of the city centre just of Drury street, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Aoife also gave me some advice on stretching for my shoulder muscles which I really appreciated. The things that reduced an otherwise 5 star rating to a 4 star was number one, price. Although your first time is 49.95 euro, subsequent treatments are quite pricy. A standard 55 minute massage is 75 euro if you're not a member (apparently there is a membership program but that again is 55 euro per month on top of what you pay for the treatment, which reduces to 55 euro). Also, the prices of facials and manicures are a tad higher than usual. Another thing is that perhaps due to popularity, making an appointment is quite hard, so it might be difficult without flexibility or booking well in advance. Also, I don't really see the value in the membership program as it's almost as expensive as the treatment itself unless you go every week or so. Overall: Great massage, lovely staff, clean salon in great location and a wide variety of treatments. read more

Today was my cousin's birthday and I wanted to provide her a birthday experience she would never forget. However, since I'm visiting my relative in Dublin for the very first time I had no idea where to start and could only rely on random google/ yelp research and then chance. I think I was struck with a little bit of Irish luck. From the very beginning I was approached with utmost service from the staff at Zenergy. When I called early in the morning, the receptionist thoroughly explained what packages I could choose from and her recommendation considering time efficiency and that we were three people celebrating together We arrived and were greeted with smiles. The space is calming and clean. My cousin, the birthday girl was sent on her 2hr luxury deal, while to my surprise I and my friend were offered to receive free fish pedicures. We would otherwise wait for my cousin for 1 1/2 hour so that was VERY appreciated and a NEW experience. It made my trip much better. Afterwards my friend and I had our Indian Head Massages and we both felt like we went to heaven and returned. The masseuses made us feel comfortable right away - yes, we were two people receiving our massages at the same time in the same room. Splendid and great for couples! They were so professional, skilled, and attentive. If I thought I was happy, then you should have seen my cousin!! She had a swedish massage followed by the luxury pedicure and felt like a new woman. Is she's happy then I'm happy so my final words are: -Thank you to everyone over at Zenergy for making me score brownie points as a "cool" cousin and for helping me to create the memory of a lifetime. read more

Great service OMG. I wanted to have a couples massage with my wife and I had tons of questions on email. They answered all of them quickly and did everything we asked. My wife got the more gentle massage she prefers but I got a really good strong massage with nothing held back. Rare to find ones with enough force. We will be back! Thinking about the membership package, seems like a good deal. read more

Went in for an hour long DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE. When the asian girl informed me through very broken english that she would be using oils I thought I should remind her that this was supposed to be a deep tissue massage and she assured me that it was.... well, it wasn't. When she was rubbing my head I asked her, having already figured out that it wasnt going to get anymore "deep tissue" than this, exactly what deep tissue's she was massaging in my skull. Needless to say she fumbled around with english for a min until I told her it didnt matter and to carry on. Call me an optimist, but the last time I got a massage this bad it had a happy ending. On the plus side, it did last the full time which some places dont do (bodywise clinic). read more

I have been going here for back and full body massage to help with my back pain. I can't for the life of me remember the beautiful therapist I got, I think her name was carol-ann or something like that. I walked in there as bent as an S- hook I was crippled with pain. And i walked out as if i was walking on air. Vikki ( The manager ) was so welcoming and was so kind. She couldn't do enough for me, she could see I was in a lot of pain when I came I was offered a selection of teas or water, she got me some extra cushions to support my back while I was waiting, and she sat with me and we had a lovely chat. She is the most down to earth and genuine person you will ever meet in your life. She really care's about the clients, and makes sure you have a great experience. The whole experience was so relaxing from the moment I walked in the door. It has been completely redecorated and they did a fabulous job. its just an amazing experience. All the staff are superb I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH. Thank you so much. Ohh and my husband was suffering with a really bad neck and shoulder pain. And he went to see the man therapist I can't remember what he said his name was ( I'm terrible at remembering names as you can see!!) But he said he was out of it his world he had instant relief. This guy does reki, and the thing with the bells I saw on tv3's Ireland am. All in all if I could give this place 10 stars I most certainly would. Trust me you won't be disappointed with this place, not in the slightest. read more
Armed with yet another Living Social voucher (I kind of went wild in March/April), I went to Zenergy for a glycolic peel. Now, I had heard so many scare stories about the glycolic peel process and the horrors it can inflict on your skin, short term. No pain, no gain right? Hang on while I go check myself in the bathroom mirror actually. Okay, I'm back and so far I have completely failed to mutate into a zombie-like creature with swathes of reddened or dead skin hanging off my comely jowels. So, I was brought up a few flights of stairs to a nicely kitted-out treatment room and told to lie down and relax. The first step was to cleanse my face, which was done with a lovely citric-smelling mask. Next came the glycolic solution itself, which also smelled lovely and fruitily refreshing. It was explained to me that this was only a 15% solution and this would help in sussing out if my skin could take the full 30% solution during a future treatment. yes, it stung a little bit but no more than some of the cheaper commercial face-masks I've used in the past. The beauty therapist chatted good-oh throughout about the various products I could purchase to manage my post-treatment skin. After a few minutes the glycolic peel was gently and thoroughly removed and moisturiser was applied. I was advised not to wear make-up for 48 hours, avoid the sun, avoid putting anything hot on my face including hot water, and advised to keep well-moisturised. Now my skin certainly feels more sensitive after the treatment but only in the way it always does after a good facial. I really wonder if the horror stories and stringent aftercare advice is part of the marketing of these products. After all, if you have to be really careful with your skin after having one of these treatments, these treatments must be really effective, right? We'll see... Anyway, full marks for care and comfort, minus a few for the plugging of products during treatment. Lots of courses of treatments on offer but honestly, it all seems excessive and expensive to me. read more

Whilst visiting Dublin, we went to Zenergy straight off the flight, thinking a shoulder massage and fish pedicure would be a great way to relax. A woman with an Asian accent I had trouble understanding, and another woman who might not have even spoken English because she wouldn't or couldn't answer our questions, walked us (already exhausted and sweating) up three flights of stairs to a massage room and ordered us to take our tops off and lay down. The groupon indicated I would have a head and shoulder massage while getting a fish pedicure, so I refused this and we went down to the basement for the fish pedicure and were thankfully left alone for 30 minutes. There weren't enough fish, especially compared with other salons, but my feet were soft for 2-3 days, so it wasn't all bad. read more

I got 2 treatments: massage was 5 star, pedicure 1 and customer service 2. After a stressful day in work I booked a massage and pedicure. While booking I said that I am extremely sensitive to pain and I would like pedicure done by a very gentle beautician. I was there before and massage twice-once with a girl named Seree-and she was fantastic. So that`s why I came back-and again I had fantastic experience. She noticed I was very tense so the massage will hurt a bit, but she never caused any real pain+I understood why it had to be painful sometimes. She was on time, the room was hot-which was very comfortable(she asked me if it was ok) 5 stars. Unfortunately pedicure was the opposite. The beautician was a good few minutes(15) late. The receptionist apologized, so no problem. I was taken downstairs to a cold( reception was warm) and not very tidy or luxurious space. I told the beautician again that I am extremely sensitive to pain+ it is my problem not her and that I filed my feet before the visit to avoid the pain. She agreed my feet were smooth. I also asked her not to remove my cuticles and said all I am asking is to have my toenail cut and polish applied. she still tried to file my feet a bit-ti was so painfull that I started screaming with pain. she asked me with surprise if it hurts so much. i said yes. then, despite me asking not to remove my cuticles, she removed some of them. at that point i decided asking for anything is pointless and decided to concentrate on not screaming with pain. at the same time i noticed that the place seem to be closing -therapists were coming downstairs and it seemed they are finishing their day. i heard the receptionist saying to somebody that everything is already closed. i asked my beautician if I am the last client. she said with a smile :yes but she told me not to worry. then she started applying nail polish which never involves any pain-so I relaxed and we started talking about facials, types of skin- she gave me some useful advice how to look after my skin-which was very nice. when she finished, she asked me to continue sitting down, she put her coat on and was obviously in a hurry to leave. i felt quite uncomfortable-why the hell was i booked for an appointment that they were not able to finish within their working hours? and if they did, it was their mistake-so why am I made feel uncomfortable while I am paying 105 euros-quite a lot of money for me? after some time she let me go-which i did as quickly as possible. when i went upstairs, the lights at the reception were off, my beautician was on her mobile in her coat on, nobody asked me how it went. money was taken from me before. next day when i woke up i noticed my toenails are smudged. I rang them. it was the same receptionist as previous day, I asked her if she has a few minutes for a chat. i explained that while massage was great experience, the same did not apply to a pedicure. d receptionist was quite defensive. she did not say sorry, kept asking me how long i think i would need for pedicure(as long as i takes not to have smudged them the next day), told me my pedicure lasted 1.5 hour instead of usual 45 min( am i responsible for how long it lasted?). she also told me that i probably should not put my shoes on after the pedicure!!!(was i supposed to go home barefoot? a bit cold for that. it was not possible to stay at their place- i personnally had time) as they were SO CLEARLY could not wait to go home. ) then she offered corrective appointment- which was nic(+goes without saying) , however since she was so defensive, I even did not want to go to the details of the pedicure. then i rang again asking to talk to the manager-if she is not able to take feedback about my experience, I want to speak to somebody who can. she told me she was in charge of the reception that day. i asked if there is anyone over her in general. she told me i could talk to her father(i assume he must me the owner). I said i would like to do that. she said it was not possible today. i said he can ring me when it suits him. she asked me if everything is fine and i answered not. i explained what happened during the appointment and that it did not appreciate the manner she took my complaint. she said in her opinion by offering my a corrective appointment, she apologized. then she said she was sorry about what happened and promised to talk to the beautician. which i appreciated. on Friday i was ready to leave quite a lot of money there-i was looking for getting a massage every week for 2 months. despite excellent masseuse, do not think i will be coming back there. the problem was not only with a beautician-also with customer service. if you cannot professionally, without being defensive take a complaint, you should not be at the reception or in charge of it. part of your job is taking complaint in a professional manner. the equipment for pedicure seemed out of date-no nail driers, rough files, poor toilet. read more

I have been suffering from lower back pain for a few years now - probably from my all day office job - and an incident on the footy pitch last summer has left me with constant neck strains. I hated having to carry painkillers and a couple of home-invented stretches seemed to give me no more than a temporary pain release. So when a mate recommended zenergy, i booked in for a message with a therapist who i was told was excellent. Upon arrival I felt comfortable - the reception although had a nails stand - was not too girly and the receptionist got me water and took my jacket. I had a chat with the girl before the massage about my pain and afterwards she showed me some stretches to do, she explained she had a physiotherapist background which I was delighted to hear, just what the doctor ordered! The massage itself was a fine balance between relaxing and deep tissue which was t what i was looking for - and what i had told her I wanted! I have been to places where the therapist doesn't listen and does her job in a uniformed way, this method certainly wasn't the case here. I found she focused on the areas I asked, really listed to what i wanted and was genuine in helping me with my back and neck pain. I left feeling more relived of pain than I had in months. My back is becoming more flexible and now on my fourth visit I am really seeing results and I have been able to get my football game in weekly again. It's good to know quality still exists in Dublin! read more

I'm unable to recommend Zenergy, mostly based on their shoddy financial practices but also due to the way the place is generally managed, which appears to be sloppy at best. I've stuck with Zenergy for a while now due to their somewhat lower pricing, but the trouble I've been having with them has outweighed this advantage now. Details as follows: 1. Unprofessional to semi-illegal handling of payments Here's some examples. If you do have to go to Zenergy I highly recommend you pay in cash only. a) I've had 2 6-month memberships where you pay a monthly fee, which is then redeemed against a treatment of your choice. For the first membership I asked to pay for 6 months upfront, which according to the girl at reception was no problem. Only at my second appointment did I learn that a lump-sum payment was impossible and I had to pay by monthly direct debit. b) For my second set of 6 months I was never charged once, despite me asking repeatedly whether the monthly amount was being charged. Each time I was told that everything was fine and I only had to pay a supplement per treatment as the payment was taken from my debit card every month. Only on my last treatment did the assistant finally notice that no charges had been made for months. They then resorted to a practice I find highly unprofessional, and which can certainly not be deemed legal: Without asking or even telling me, the girl charged two monthly amounts against my card! I only noticed this when checking my bank account. Upon inquiring via email, their "manager" Erika told me that "this is correct, one charge was for previous month of your membership that hadn't gone through". My response that this was not correct as I did not consent to this payment was left unanswered. Needless to say that this was my last treatment with Zenergy. c) Another time, the girl at reception (there only ever appear to be young girls handling reception and payments) insisted that the supplement for my treatment was €25 instead of €20, which she had charged me before and which had always been the price. She would have put this amount on my card had her colleague not looked up the price in the brochure that was sitting right under her nose. 2. Treatments Facials are of a good standard, though they never seem to take as long as described in the brochure. The rooms are clean and the products of a good standard. Avoid Margarita unless you want to be talked to throughout the entire treatment. I found Monica to be my preferred therapist. No matter who does the treatment, however, I've always ended up with very greasy hair as they seem to manage to get product into it every time. I've not tried their massages, though I was almost booked in for one once, see below. 3. General Some more "facepalm" moments and exampled of how Zenergy is managed rather unprofessionally: a) One time I called, a particularly helpless reception girl not only seemed to have difficulty understanding the date I was trying to request but also was going to hang up on me without any specification of what treatment I wanted. Upon asking, she informed me that she'd booked me in for a massage even though I wanted a facial... b) Zenergy advertise a free fish pedicure with their membership, see http://zenergy.ie/-membership-scheme. They haven't had any fish tanks since at least the beginning of 2013, yet still advertise this on their web site. c) Once, while booking over the phone, I specifically requested not to be placed with Margarita, however the girl never bothered to ask why this is. Happy clients? Who cares! d) For my first 6 months of membership I signed a form which I never got a copy of. For my second set of 6 months I was never asked to sign this form, nor a consent for a monthly debit against my card (which then didn't happen until the last month, when they double-charged me, see above). All in all, I can only advise you to avoid this place or, if you really have to go, pay in cash only. read more

went at the weekend with a voucher from Deal Rush. it advertised a Back massage, Reflexology and indian head massage for €45. i thought this sounded like great value so i purchased straight away. i was in and out of the room within 45mins which was way short of what was advertised. The therapist was certainly NOT qualified to do reflexology nor indian head massage (i am a qualified therapist & reflexologist). They have no business advertising treatments that their staff don't seem to be qualified to carry out. The treatment was supposed to be 60mins. the therapist suddenly said 'thank you very much' and just dissapeared. i was left to find my own way back to the reception. The salon seemed grubby and needed a good scrub. Very disapointed and what should have been a treat, left me disappointed and with a splitting headache read more

A few weeks ago I was dying in pain from stress and overworking and desperately needed a massage. A friend told me about this great deal on in Zenergy that I could get because I had never been there before, it was only 40euro for any one hour treatment which included every massage they offer! So I got a deep tissue, my therapist Julianna was fantastic. One of the best experiences I have ever had. She spent a few minutes asking me about my problem areas and after some navigating she found all my knots which she concentrated on for the massage. To round it off she went through stretches that would specifically help my problem areas such as my neck and lower back. I was so impressed as i'm used to a get in and get out experience. It was really refreshing to have a therapist who actually was more concerned for sorting my problem areas over doing the typical back massage by the book. They do a great membership scheme where a monthly treatment is 45euro a month and any extra treatment is only 40euro. I did some research and this really is the best value in Dublin. I havent heard of any other membership scheme liek it. I am definatly sighning up next week when i re-vsit Julianna! Would reccommend to all ! read more

I l have got Shellac done in a couple of places around town and tbh wasnt totally impressed so always went to different places. It often chipped, slided off my nail and certainly didnt last for the 2 weeks. So in a last attmpt I tried Zenergy. I have never been as happy as I was with Zenergy. The therapist went through the motions asking me what shape I would like and patiently helped me decide a colour. She did a few steps such as washing my nail with soapy water and then drying it with a bit of acetone before the shellac gel, that I hadnt seen before. Asides from being friendly and chatty the therapist really knew what she was doing. She did my cuticles perfectly, it was a lot quicker than other salons (about 30 minutes) and the finishing result was fabulous, the gel was evenly applied and now three weeks on it is still is perfect! I wish I remembered the name of the therapist but I would highly reccommend Zenergy for shellac! It feels good to finally get value for my money. read more

Got a voucher from by boyfriend to get a massage and shellac nails for my birthday. When I first arrive I was a little worried as it just look like every other salon there was a lady at the reception who was very nice and introduced me to the girl who was doing my nails. the nail station was right at the front door and in the main window so I felt like I could relax fully. Then I was brought upstairs(3 flight of stair) to this room but I was amazed it was so quiet and tranquil to be honest I think I fell asleep during the massage so cant give you much details on that but I felt so great and relaxed when I left. It was the next day I noticed in work my back and neck wasn't was sore as they had been. Iv since checked there prices and they are very reasonable for Dublin so hopefully I'll get back soon :) read more

Getting a massage was something I wanted to do for years but never got round to, always put off by the expensive prices typical of Dublin. I was made aware of Zenergy when walking up Grafton Street one day in December while Christmas shopping I saw a sign advertising it. As Fade Street was only a short walk away I headed over and ended up booking myself a massage. I got a Thai massage which was wonderful and I was glad to have finally got a massage after years of procrastination! I promptly bought vouchers for several of my family members and booked another appointment, I have returned since and intend to continue going on a fortnightly basis. I recommend Zenergy both for the convenient location in town and best of all because of the great price of 40 euro for repeat customers. read more

Incredible value for money ! A real gem, right in the city centre. I am a regular as I'm suffering from chronic back pains, and just by coincidence I found Zenergy on Fade street. I had Maria as therapist, and absolutely loved the treatment that I got from her. I have seen quite a number of places, but Zenergy tops it from this list. It's probably also the first place where the staff isn't trying to shove products under my nose to deepen out my pockets further. This place is as goods as it gets - the best deal in town that I've found so far. Alexandra read more

I first noticed Zenergy rushing to the luas one morning. I dashed in for a price list and was amazed at the affordable prices. In such tough recessionary times, I thought it was too good to be true! I could not resist ringing up to make an appointment for a yonka facial which turned out to be fantastic quality matching, if not superior, to the same yonka facial that had cost me 80 euro in a hotel spa ! I found Zenergy welcoming, comfortable and everyone was friendly. I have already told all my friends and family about it and can't wait to go back ! read more

I have been going to various places around Dublin for back massages and also physiotherapy after a car accident which causes me frequent pain in my back.I decided to try Zenergy after receiving a flyer in my post box. The prices were nearly half the price of what i usually pay at only 40 euro repeat , so I gave the deep tissue massage a go. It was not only throughly relaxing but my back felt looser than many massages that had cost me 60euro! Zenergy also does physiotherapy and I am looking forward to my appointment next week. http://zenergy.ie/ read more

I found out about Zenergy through a friend who had been the week before and had to try it for myself. I can now say gladly that it was a great decision. I play football 4 times a week and had consistant quad pain so I chose to get the sports massage. It was really great and I really think it helped my leg to repair. It was also great value at 45 euro. The staff were all very friendly and there's also a room where you can relax and drink tea afterwards. I've already booked my next treatment! read more

Zenergy rocks! I went there for physio after I started suffering back pain and after a few weeks repeated therapy with Maria and a prescribed stretching routine the pain really started easing off. I really like the place and wanted to keep going back so after I got off the physiotherapy I booked a Thai massage which was incredible and I'm now hooked. The great location in town and affordable prices (45 euro and 40 for repeat customers) make Zenergy a place I'd recommend to anyone! read more

I've gone to Zenergy frequently over the last 2-3 months and each time I've gotten an excellent massage. I've only had massages from two masseuses here, but in each case they were professional and had great technique. They provide deep tissue which release the knots and provide relief to the tired and aching muscles. The atmosphere is very relaxing due to the music and scents. The staff is friendly, gentle and experienced. I would highly recommend it! read more

I have been going to facials ever since I was 16 years old. I have tried everything from an average price salon to a very expensive salon. Every time I would walk out of a salon, my reaction was as if nothing was done to my skin. Since going to Zenergy my skin has been clearer and healthier than it has been in years. So affordable, gentle, and effective. Thanks! read more
