I have learned so much here, and they have showed such kindness to me and to everyone in our community. They are Incredible people, teachers, and friends. The studio is gorgeous- they have mats and props available to use, they have classes for everyone ranging in every type of yoga and skill level, every day of the week! They have mommy and me classes every Monday morning for toddlers too! We love this place SO much. I have never loved a studio more! Or practiced yoga in a more comfortable open and loving space.

I was a little intimidated when I learned, I would be hanging from the wall during the class, but the teacher walked me through step-by-step, and made me feel very comfortable. (Well, almost no gimmicks - there IS a Jane Fonda Anniversary Workout every year...) I have spoken to a number of people that are fed up with the lack of awareness the teens have, and their lack of hygiene when it comes to wiping the machines down after use. I wish the Y, like other gyms, would make the weight room a cell free zone. It's one thing to use your phone for music, but when I work out on 3 different machines, while waiting for someone to move on from one they're sitting on scrolling, it is simply infuriating.

I had a good workout here there and I was tickled by the fact that there's a Smoothie King on premises - a little Smoothie King window on the way to the locker rooms, no less. NEVER in my life have I been talked to like the woman at the front desk treated me this morning. I was 8 minutes late due to a stoplight malfunction (stuck at the light for 15 minutes), and the second I walked in the door she was already arguing with another member in the same predicament as me. She refused to let us into class, which I can understand if someone is egregiously late, but the fact that it was a circumstance that affected multiple members and was under 10 minutes late is very off putting. She was extremely condescending and rude, which is upsetting as I pay $217 a month to take classes here. If I'm paying that much money for a membership, I should be able to use it.

I actually went there, but I didn't know where it was, so I called and a man told me, "There are no classes today." I asked for a refund, but the man gruffly said he couldn't refund it because he didn't know who paid for it, and hung up on me. Even though I was just trying to start yoga, I felt very bad about it. The money still hasn't come back.

I then saw that they had me set up for monthly recurring payments on their app and when I told them that this isn't supposed to be a recurring payment they told me I signed a contract. I did give my electronic signature for waiver but I never agreed to be charged monthly and now they want me to pay more money to cancel the membership I never signed up for. They told me what I wanted to hear in order to get my card information and now they are saying I have to pay more money in order for them to stop charging me.
