The reviews from the customer perspective probably aren't fair to Zenith. As a seller (I liquidated my estate for a move overseas), I can see how time doesn't always permit pricing of everything before the sale date. I gave Zenith very little lead time, and they actually did do an terrific job of putting price tags on everything, but then I kept finding more stuff to sell, and it was my fault if they couldn't keep up. Also, the type of items on sale reflects Zenith's willingness to help all kinds of people, not just the ultra-wealthy whose homes are full of priceless antiques. My own "estate" had a mix of one-of-a-kind items from all over the world and normal, everyday stuff I'd originally sourced at Home Goods. Zenith did an excellent job with the staging. Feedback from people who attended the sale whom I met later was very positive, both about my collection and the friendliness of Zenith's staff. I checked out five or six estate sale companies before I landed on Zenith. The first company I hired quit on me because the owner found me too demanding, and I had to fire the second for stealing. Zenith was a breath of fresh air. Owners Lisa and Ken are sophisticated, personable, and incredibly hard-working. As with another reviewer here, they offered a "blow-out" sale on a second weekend when not everything sold on my original dates. They also helped me with clean-out for no additional charge. I visited one of their estate sales event and have to say the whole experience was such a waste of time. They don't price so many items only to come up with outrageous price at the counter. For many items that are unknown condition and unknonw age, they want to sell for 70-80% of brand new product you can buy online or in store. In general, prices are on far with those retail antique/vintage shops at a tourist area. Just because something is old, it doesn't mean it's vintage item that appreciate in value. There are many other reputable estate sales companies in this area that are genuine and knowledgeable and know how to price things right that's beneficial for both the seller and the buyer. read more

This is one you should skip. I agree with the other reviewers about prices missing on so many items and then at checkout they come up with crazy high numbers. It was also an odd sale to begin with - seemed like it was mostly overstock items or something, with a few actual "estate sale" type items. I left with the two items that did have prices on them and an odd feeling that something wasn't right. read more

Used their services to remove 50 years of a lot of stuff in my late mother's house. It was not a huge estate sale, but they treated it as such, even returning the following weekend to offer a "blowout sale," to try to liquidate the remaining items. This is a disabled veteran-owned small business. read more

prices were a mess, went on the last day of a sale, things had prices on them but at checkout they were arbitrarily lowering and raising prices on items, they made the prices and were saying they were wrong!!!. things on sale and still raising prices. bought a plate with $8 dollar sticker, they were fixed that that was wrong, it should be $10. what happened to the sale??? read more
