He also explained some details about the quality of various filters i had on hand. Apparently some of filters were sub-par and he showed me the difference but didn't try to sell me any more as some o had were good quality. I had called them a week in advance to come and install a water softener system in my home, they sent a technician that was completely clueless with his job, first of all he was here for 4 hours and was not able to complete the job because all the equipment that he brought were broken and damage, plus this technician named Christian was not just able to complete the service job but he also damage my water heater by not closing the water pressure properly. My water heater got damage and I had to replace it completely new!! I tried calling their office during business hours several times that day and they never answer, I left several messages and no one has responded back to me. Finally I spoke to this person name Steve and he just said they were going to send someone on their team to look at the water heater the next day, around 9 am we'll they didn't show up at 9 but at 10:45 am very late and careless, I kept calling again to ask what time they would show up to my house and no one would answer til finally this rude lady name Janet answered and just kept telling me that someone will show up eventually , she's rude and didn't show any care or concern about the situation that was happening. Overall I don't recommend this business at all, find other places that are better suited for your needs, this business are not professionals at all. All of their staff are nothing but RUDE!! The gentleman who helped us knew his stiff, was very relaxed in understanding our situation, and had a shaded skylight ordered in no time. We were able to pick up the next day whereas most places had their orders estimated for a few weeks. Tons of bits and bobs available for all your RV needs in store too!

Super shady to encourage people to leave reviews after they've only stopped by and chatted about the job. I've called several times and it's only been excuses. If this is the way they work, steer clean of this company. They also did my neighbor's carport roof. It leaked horribly because they did it wrong. Took her a lot of bugging to get them to come back. They tried a quick fix, but it obviously didn't work. Finally they did something more. They put spray foam and recoated. They were extremely quick. They were there only a few hours. Not sure how that's going to work out. It still looks like a swimming pool up there every time it rains.
