Staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. They explained the rules and tech really well. The space was clean and big. Lobby area has some comfy seating and water machine for when you wait/recover. My only negative is the price point. It's $50+ a person for 30 minutes. That same day we were doing escape rooms for less than that amount and a guaranteed hour of time. It doesn't seem like they do any kind of specials not even on the weekdays which is unfortunate. Honestly though the experience was great, lots of fun and we look forward to coming back to try either some of the other current games or some of the newer ones coming later this year. We did Outbreak this time, and there was 3 other people in our same time slot. We did great as a team. The place also emails you your scores and rank which is fun to see, along with a little 1 1/2 minute highlight reel of your time in the room (the pic I attached is a screen grab from our short video). (Unfortunately that day the 30 minute video of our session didn't take, we were ready to pay the $10 to re-watch our experience)

Great experience! Lots of fun and games with family and friends. I wish they had larger monitors in the waiting area for spectators to watch first person view or the experience. You can just relay what you see on the computer screen to larger monitors. I was also called out by one of the employees telling me I needed to do a little better to get into the top scoreboard even though it was only my first time playing. Not going to lie, I was proud of myself still 8) Fun for everyone! Highly recommended!

My experience at zero Latency was truly remarkable. I've been here five times now, and each time I bring along friends or family who have always thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I would highly recommend this virtual reality experience to anyone visiting Houston.

Live live live!!!! This was my first VR experience and i can't explain how fun it was. My friend and i went in the middle of the week so it was just the two of us and we had a blast. We tried thr zombie experience and by the time we finished we both were tired and sweating. The staff do a great job explaining the games and the equipment. I will say it is a tad expensive 30 mins for 50$ but honestly i was good and tired after 30 mins. I would definitely recommend as something new to try.

I'm not gonna lie when I first looked at the ticket prices and saw that they were 50 bucks I was like no way was this gonna be worth it but I was totally wrong. so the building is pretty big it's really cool. They do ask for reservations but you can showup and technically reserve while you're there but if it's busy then you wouldn't have a spot. They have multiple games you can play. We played the two zombie games and that's what equaled 30 minutes because they were 15 minutes apiece. when you go into the back they give you instructions on how to hold the gun and you watch a video about your game when you enter an open arena it's nothing but a blank space but it's so cool because once you put on the goggles. You see everything definitely virtual reality and it feels real. I was in the game and went up the elevator, and I'm scared of heights, and I got scared and had to remind myself that I was just in a game. Definitely a great place for date night or just a place to have fun with friends.

Parking- Plentiful (shared with strip) Staff- knowledgeable, goofy, firm but understanding, and funny Facilities- Small waiting room but adequate for 8-10 people. 1 arena (I believe) but multiple rooms setup for viewing pleasure. My Experience: I'm not sure you can have a bad experience here, unless the staff is rude or the computer system crashes. We did experience a couple hiccups when it came to our equipment but nothing to ruin the vibe. I recommend this activity to all. It's very immersive and can get overwhelming to some. I wear glasses and they say you can have them under the VR set, I don't recommend that. They were pressed against my face awkwardly. I'm not saying that's the reason I didn't come in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, or 7th place with my group but if I wore contacts like suggested... I probably would have still placed where I placed. The staff does a great job of preparing you for what you will see and experience. I played with a few non gamers and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves as well. Make sure you listen to the rules, they allow you optimum safety which leads to a greater encounter.

This place was so much fun. The weather was insane and we were running late coming from Baytown. They called to see if we were still coming and waited for us. It was very clean. We played the zombie game and it felt so real. It felt like I would fall off the sides of buildings or that I was walking up a ramp when I knew I was in a flat, square room. The guns were really easy to use. You can free roam and there are no wires or cords! We had sooo much fun. Can't wait to go back.

I have no words! Absolutely & hands down the most fun I've had in awhile. My nephew and I decided to play the "Outbreak Origins" zombie VR - I was so nervous at first but the entire staff made me feel so reassured that no matter what - we'd have a blast. They were SO right! I would do it over and over again + a million times more! They even have a live stream of the current game happening in the lobby/waiting area for all next game players to watch and enjoy- I thought that was super cool. They also offer 2 different video options for sale afterwards. I wanted the $20 package so badly, went to check out after the game was over, and my wallet was no where to be found After making a few calls and searching EVERYWHERE, my wallet was safe and sound at home the entire time! I asked if they wouldn't mind holding the USB so I could come back and purchase it - the gentleman at the counter, so so kindly, said "Merry Christmas, don't worry about it. You can take it but you have to come back- make sure to bring some friends when you do!". That being said, I will absolutely be returning with at least 7 of my friends. I literally already cannot wait! SO. MUCH. FUN!!! Most definitely will be swinging by when they are open to drop off my $20. Here's the scoreboard post game! Nephew got 1st & I got 2nd!

Is the equipment heavy and do the guns kick hard? Wondering if someone with a shoulder issue can still play

The new equipment is just a headset with goggles and headphones and the "gun" which is called a Controller. There is no kick to the gun whatsoever, as all the actual shooting is virtual. You just pull the trigger and press a couple of other… Read more

They've expanded and have more seating space (parties) and have "breakout rooms" with different games. One of them had Dance Dance Revolution (for 2) which was nice. Made it more private. They also now offer beer (they only used to offer cider) which is a huge plus. The service was also great. The bartenders were friendly. I'll definitely be going again. Quick Tip: download the app. They give free admission for newbies and you can play games (on the app) to get puzzle pieces for free drinks/passes.

I've been there with a group of adults and also with a group of kids, and just note that while it's totally fine (and very fun!) for kids, it's probably better for adults--there's no kid security check-in at the front, and the building is very big, with lots of games. We ordered a pizza from a touchscreen by a food window, and the pizza was actually pretty good, much better than I was expecting at an arcade. The downside was that, in the lunch rush, it took 30-40 minutes for that one pizza to come out, though you could tell they were individually making each item in the big pizza oven. If you want drinks, you separately order those at the front, near where you check in, which is a little odd to have two separate food/drink ordering spots. When we walked in, we paid for a wristband, which gave "free" access to all of the arcade games, except for the claw machines, which required you to buy an extra card.

My family and I truly enjoyed every visit, and now they even have a bigger location in Bellaire! What really makes this place stand out is that they genuinely make the experience fun for everyone. They are very generous with prizes and don't make the games frustratingly difficult. Even my 2-year-old grandchild was able to play and win something We also love that they allow prize trades, and the points needed for prizes are actually reasonable compared to other places. Another thing we noticed is that their prize selections are actually QUALITY items--not cheap junk toys like you sometimes see at other arcades. That really made the experience feel worth it. Highly recommend this place for family fun, especially if you want an experience where you actually go home happy and with prizes We came home with so many prizes and memories that we still continue talking about after each visit.

I politely asked if they had a broom or something long so I could retrieve it myself, but from that point on, the staff started showing an unpleasant attitude. When I asked them to exchange the tickets for toys, they deliberately ignored me and insisted that I pay for each item separately instead of combining them and giving me the total number of tickets. When my child asked for help opening the toy packaging, they said they had nothing to open it with--although another staff member later helped my child open it. Their attitude ruined my family's enjoyable trip. I have been a loyal customer of this place and visit every time I come to Houston. I will never come back here again.

It is a bunch of computers with a gaming headset, keyboard, and mouse. We had to ask a bunch of questions and ultimately decided on a hour of play. Let me first state I am not a gamer so this review is based on my non-gaming perspective. We selected two computers but one was not working so we had to shift so we could be next to each other. We chose our computer and had to setup our accounts, I think that took away from our hour. My kid wanted to play Fortnite and it took a while to login and get started but we were able to use accounts that were licensed from the store or you could use your own. I decided to switch to Among Us about half way in and the chat was LOUD. I used the sound key on the keyboard but it barely changed a thing, there was no volume control on the headset so I took it off. After 2.5 rounds my time was up so I just waited for my child to finish. As we were leaving a noticed the once 25% full place was about at 75% so it can fill up quickly and we went on a Sunday afternoon. Would I go back, maybe but bring a jacket, it was freezing.

Hey, not bad for a 10 series card graphics computer set. Though would be nice as well and I wish, if you have the space and area to dedicate to have some people bring their own setups and stuff. ::Pros:: + Nice, cozy gaming environment + Computers are solid, and the fact that you have old-school arcade stuff is a bonus + Rates are comfy with bonus times on 7 dollars on an hour charge, and the further you seem to get to it, the more discounted it gets. ::Cons:: - Nothing much really, but just watch out and inform the guy in front if your computer crashes (it's a ggleap thing). He'll happily help you oit.
