I understand that they hire a lot of younger kids and maybe they just haven't been trained correctly but seriously, do better. Management needs to do better at training and emphasizing that customer service is what keeps businesses running. Bowling prices are a little outrageous sometimes but everything else is pretty reasonable. They need to continuously clean the arcade area and the make the dining area bigger or more comfortable for patrons who just want to eat and relax and watch their kids from the side. The comfortable are is mostly all reserved for birthdays so you can't even sit there. Food is typical but the pizza and wings have gotten fresher and better. Used to take forever too to get your order.

There are deals for all day bowling or arcade for cheap on particular days. The workers were nice and checked on us regularly ensuring we got our food, water and drinks taken care of. We ordered a huge fishbowl for our drink and heads up: it's not strong at all, so we also ordered extra shots on the side to add. Keep in mind that the fish bowl is fairly large - there were 5 of us working on it and it lasted. Food is also availble: your typical wings, fries, nachos, burgers, pizza, etc. The Sampler was good for out party to snack on as we bowled. It came with wings, tenders, soft pretzels, fries, and mozerella sticks. I enjoyed the platter except for the fact that I dipped a huge piece of pretzel into what I thought was cheese sauce, only for it to be honey mustard. I guffawed incredulously as this took me by surpise. This was 100% user errror; just thought it was funny and that it'd be good to share for educational purposes. (Don't be like me lol.) We had no issues with the bowling lane. Every lane already came stocked with a variety of bowling balls of different sizes and weights. The system worked seamlessly. No glitches, it worked relatively fast, none of our balls got stuck, etc. One thing to note is that the bowling balls seem well-used. Many of them are chipped and have a slightly greasy feel, but I mean at the end of the day, they still get the job done.

Paid $20 for a gaming card to waste some time before seeing a movie at Regal. I realize this is an arcade and they cater to chicken. However, they do have a bar and attract an older audience as well. Entire arcade smelled like dirty diapers. Many of the games - such as the ball throwing clown one and basketball hoops - lagged or did not accurately keep score. The space didn't seem very clean or kept up. Definitely wouldn't go back, particularly because there's a mini arcade & bar that rarely gets used inside the movie theater.

I recently stopped by here with my boys after having some services done at the salons next door and am SO glad we decided to pop in! From the moment you open the door - the smell of comics (and even my own childhood!) consume you. There is SO much to see and look for - it's easy to spend the whole day inside and potentially go broke. My kids gravitated right to the youth section, which was aptly positioned right near the entrance (I say aptly, because once you venture in a bit more, you do have to pass by the more "adult" side of the comic world), and immediately found a few new additions to their at-home library! As if that wasn't enough to reel one in, they even sat down to indulge in a few chess moves. ;) Of course, finding all the nostalgia and collectibles further toward the back of the store was icing on the cake. There were several aisles of toys and figures - pop culture and more! - should that tickle your comic book-loving fancy. Just don't say I didn't warn you! I love that the staff welcomed the kids and engaged with them. The two young(er) folks working that day were super knowledgeable and well-versed in the comic book world and I am here for it. They took time to share all about the store, the programs and clubs of times past - here's to hoping they come back!! - and offered a much needed welcome to the comic book kids of today in this area. If I'm being honest, it made for a great first-time visitor experience. Overall, I highly recommend stopping by and for the life of me, am still scratching my head to understand why we've not stopped in sooner! Loved the different rooms and the fact that we could go different levels from easy to hard and extremely advanced, amazing. We checked in and got wrist bands that made us play for 75 mins we also got a locker for personal items like bags and duck do you get to enjoy the full experience without hinderances. We started from one area which is down a corridor to the other end and went in every game room. Then we did it again! From laser to grids to hoops. Everything was just so much fun. Our favorite overall was the 'hide' have! Trust me it's a must do. Reasonably priced for 75 mins in my opinion and for us we were really tired when our time was up so I think it's good enough time also. My niece is going back this weekend with some of her friends. Come dressed comfy with closed toe shoes and your game face on!! From walking in and being greeted by awesome people, this location felt like such an upgrade from their very first Katy location. We walked in and got checked in, received our wristbands for the games and locker, stored our belongings, and then were guided inside. The entire experience from walking in to walking out was incredible. Super clean, very open facility, on top of the lockers to store things they also have a hang out room for anyone not playing but they have a screen with all the action so that is pretty funny! Okay let's get to the games - they have SO MANY GAMES and options to pick from, we literally went in every single room probably multiple times and played multiple games and rematches. Hoops and Hiding was so much fun and we equally loved and are obsessed with the grids. This location has a mega grid and mega laser which is also a newer upgrade! Hands down, 10/10 experience. Check out any location closest to you but we really enjoyed the woodlands location!
