Cotton candy popup at Zesti food carts!

Fantastic vibes and great setup at zesti food carts. I really like the space for somewhere to sit and meet up with friends. As a vegetarian, I did not find the food cards had many options and so eating was difficult. The bar was fantastic, both for alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. So I would happily come back here for a drink with friends but not for food.

It was fun , food and drink was great. We enjoyed it so much, music was entertaining . Even we bought some Mexican food home. Looking forward to next time.

Just discovered this place! I think it's admirable for the large food truck selection and the diverse seating options plus they have a full bar. Summertime you can sit outside and enjoy giant connect four or corn hole. They had a large indoor seating area with huge heaters hanging above (amazing for winter). We keep bringing family and friends! Check it out!

9/27/2024 - The entire village is gravel making anyone with mobility challenges completely unwelcome here.

I was called out to do a pick-up here and I was so excited to give it a try... until I got there. First off, this was not a busy time during the day and there were very few people inside yet parking was a problem, even with a tiny car. ANd, second... what is with gravel now seriously?? This is the second newer food cart village I have been to which had this horrific stuff as it's main ground. I get that it is cheap but I have a cane and need solid ground that doesn't move. I took a once round and was nearly fainting from the pain and stability challenging nature. It is a very dangerous surface - near impossible for a walker and/or wheelchair. It is just shocking seeing places go this level of saying that people with mobility issues are just not welcome here. That is unfortunate because there are a lot of seats and some decent looking food places.

taste of Istanbul was delicious, the beer has been available, but no one was at the bar. Also there was no puppy water which would've been a long way as far as the infrastructure goes.

We loved most everything about the Food Truck eatery. Our favorite was the genuinely friendly bartender and his drinks! The food trucks had already started closing by the time we were finishing our dinners. We tried (between the 5 of us), the Italian place, the loaded tater tots, and the Poke/Japanese place. The eel bowl was amazing but the eel was cold and because he closed up after serving me, I couldn't ask if that's how it was supposed to be served. Nonetheless, I ate it, it was delicious and it didn't cause any after effects or issues. The Italian dishes were large and so amazing (especially the truffle pasta)! The loaded tater tots were covered in deliciousness! Some of the truck servers could be more sensitive to the nut allergy inquiries we had and also, it would have been nice to know exact closing times of each of the trucks. We will definitely be back!

The food truck options are great! From German, to Korean. Very cute open seating with a bar heads up only taps at the bar. Service was very great and friendly!

DISCLAIMER: Local food expert Zesti is a great spot for an assortment of food and drinks. Very fun, year round atmosphere. Zesti is still maturing as a food cart location. I loved several of their carts!

There's a (fairly) new food pod area in North Plains, and it starts with this Turkish Cuisine. This pod, in particular, is one of four original pods. I briefly spoke to the owner, and he mentioned to me that he has eight separate locations all around Portland. All similar in look to this one. And I know I've seen them. MY ORDER: ~ (#24) Tri-meat over basmati rice, $15. This plate came with sides of hummus and cucumber taziki. It had gyro slices, lamb and chicken shawarma, and was simply tasty together in that warm pita bread. ~ (#29) Falafels over basmati rice $15. Another full plate of tastiness as well! The falafels were a good size and filling. ~ (#42) Dolmas, $8. Now, I'm not sure how many pieces are supposed to come with this, but we had at least six. I loved the texture, but it was super lemony. Overall, this little pod has plenty to choose from. They definitely have a "bar food" type of menu, but also have salad options. Average to above average in price, I'd say. And depending on what you choose, I feel you'll be satisfied with portions. I dig this place and will be back.

This food stand opened recently, next to another food stand Chadwick's bbq. We wanted to try it…read moresince there's a lack of restaurant options in North Plains. We ordered the lamb gyro and beef shawarma plate, both with hot sauce and garlic sauce. My son and I both loved our dishes! The pita on the gyro was fresh and fluffy with a slight crisp on the edges. The lamb meat very tender, veggies nicely cut and fresh, and the sauces were flavorful with a slight taste of dill. My son loved the beef shawarma plate and asked if we could eat here more often. Both came with fries, and while not cheap at $28 for both, they definitely filled us up. Glad there is another food option in town and we will be back!
