Borderline hungry, I decided to check it out. Sue was super friendly and welcoming. I ordered the steak taco and quesadillas. While those were being made, Sue and I ended up chatting on many topics. She connects at a personal level and I love how much of a story teller she is. She let me try a specially made street corn on the cob, oven-roasted and topped with Cotija cheese and Tajin Seasoning.
