My initial visit was great even took some sample boards home. I picked a few options and scheduled someone to come out and measure. It was really great they do not charge for that service even if you do not order. It took a bit for the quote and I did change my mind on the carpet selection due to cost so I needed an updated quote. The price was pretty comparable to other places in guestimation as I didn't have anyone else do an exact measurement. They also have a great selection of flooring of all types. I scheduled installation and was told it would be an all day job - 3 bedrooms, stairs, and hallway. I also paid for them to move the furniture. The all day job contractors did not show up until well after 12. I wasted a morning of vacation from work waiting on them. They were there until about 8pm which was very irritating. Afterwards I noticed some seams were a bit noticable. The sales person came out to look (did not show on the first scheduled date) and said he would send someone out to work the seams a bit. We scheduled a time and they did not show. I called and never got a response. I also noticed some damage to the furniture but by that point I'm sure nothing would have been done. I love supporting smaller more local businesses but I'm not sure I would recommend or return. Too bad as I do have more flooring to replace.

Panel Town took this as an insult and the owner called the company we decided to move forward with and strong-arm'd him into using them (panel town) as the supplier of the hardwood. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS SHADY AND CROOKED. After our guy agreed to go through panel town to by the boards, the day we were having our floors ripped out and prepped, Panel Town told us that the boards we had ordered and confirmed were in stock were NO LONGER AVAILABLE... Turns out they didn't even place the order and we confirmed this by calling the manufacturer of the hardwoods and they said that Panel Town hadn't placed an order of that particular boards for 3 months. SO THEY DIDN'T EVEN PLACE OUR ORDER OUT OF SPITE BECAUSE WE DID NOT GO WITH THEM TO BEGIN WITH. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These people are shady and vindictive. However, if you do decide to go with them do not take their first price. They will always go down on price lower and lower to get your business but they may screw you in the end so NOT WORTH IT.

So I had to hire another company to finish the job. I got 4 bids from reputable contractors and Davila was in the middle on their bid but because of their reviews I went with them and Soooo glad I did, Floors look Great !! On time, Quality work, clean up Everything !!! cleaned and shined up the floor when they were done, caulked all the trim after re-installing it. We ultimately decided to order the flooring directly through Vlad because the quality was the best for the price! They completed the install in about 4-5 days (over 1200sq ft!). Having just moved to an outdated home in Worthington - installing hardwood floors was a priority. We had 3 different types on flooring on our first level (thick tile, carpet, laminate). It would have been a nightmare had we tried to demo ourselves - but Vlad and his team made it look easy! His team was very courteous and answered all of our questions throughout the process. He and his team showed up timely over the three days worked to install our carpet and LVP in the entire home. They did a great job in removing furniture and placing it back properly. The new flooring looks great in our home and we love how it looks. I love that the transitions from carpet to LVP match the LVP perfectly. I have no complaints in the actual look and quality of the flooring materials. My only issue was that we discussed how one of our main reasons for changing the entire flooring of our home was the squeaking noise that our second story had developed. Tom and the team removed nails to lessen the noise, but that did not last in removing the squeaky noise for more than a day. I feel taking time to put screws would have done a better job in eliminating the noise. As a flooring replacement is the best time to take care of squeaky floors, it would have been great if something more permanent was done. I also would have appreciated taking the old tiles off the kitchen and then putting the LVP as the kitchen floor is one of the squeakiest areas and we really have no way to resolve the issue without getting all the way to the subfloors. Since it's a costly project, I expected one of our core issues with the home to be addressed as much as possible.

He is horrible at floor tile sloppy and uneven lay of underlayment…read more He made a dangerous contraption for a sub floor repair, that was held together with painters tape and a few screws. He made damages to my bathroom sink on removal and damaged my sub floor directly in front of my stove. He either poorly mixed the mortar or mixed it with other product than Schluter and ruined 550 dollars of underlayment and caused us to have to demo the mortar. He is knowledgeable of all the damages his company made and has refused to return our money. horror story don't do it!
