Just a verbal assurance that it was all handled. Disorganized about our arrival details even though we had put them succinctly in writing. They were apologetic when they told us nothing like this had ever happened before and they were embarrassed, etc but there was no suggestion or offer of sending another driver or providing a solution. When we texted that we still had not heard from the driver and we tried to call, we were unable to reach anyone for several minutes. So, we were left to deal with the situation on our own. I guess the silver lining was that it was our first service at the airport where there are options abound. Had this been our pick up going back to the airport things could have been MUCH worse. Then I called to confirm the request for child safety seats. I was charged for the child safety seats but when the driver arrived he had no idea we needed the seats and did not have them. He offered no solution. We were in a very difficult situation - it was 2AM and there is no was no way for us to get anyplace.
