Let's start by saying she's definitely not as young as the photos. To include her yelp photo. Those…read morephotos are at least 10+ years old with filters and yet she still uses them for her advertisements. I also never met her or even spoke to her until she showed up at my house. My first call was with her brother and he said she would be meeting him there, but he never showed. Look out for the bait and switch, which already put a bad taste in my mouth for how this was gonna go. My home is definitely not a higher end home, but it is a good starter home with everything updated for a young family. Karen came in already downplaying the value of the house with a very low number of what it would sell for. Ironically, I got that same number from opendoor, which is an investment firm that buys the houses for about 80 to 85% of their true value. Clearly she had already looked at my house as just an investment property. The entire time all she did was say I've done this and I've done that, but she never made it feel like we would be working together to sell my house for the most money possible. She only brought three comps which were as far away as 4 miles. Simply put she's a dinosaur in this industry and unless you have a home valued at 500,000 or more she doesn't seem interested. She left a lot of old flyers and not a single one. had an older home with updates on it so I highly doubt my house would've even made her flyers. Yes she did say the company spends hundreds of thousands of dollars to make sure they're listed first and do the social media work, but is that truly selling my house on all of those platforms or is it just selling the company and the higher end homes? I went with a younger more social media connected realtor who came in with a number $55,000 higher than what Karen said my house would sell for which was backed up by eight comps within a mile of my house. I think that just goes to show that Karen wanted to flip my house for an investor. Will it sell for that higher number, maybe not but if you don't try you'll never know. Karen was willing to leave money on the table to move me along and help her investors!

Dina is so easy to work with because she is a great person, and she genuinely wants for you (the prospective buyer) to find the perfect home for you. It's such a personal journey, because everyone has different wants and needs, but Dina takes the time to listen and puts that knowledge to work. In my case, I was looking for a condo downtown Orlando, and had been 'thinking' about it for at least a year. Dina never put pressure on me to get in gear, but rather kept tabs on me by asking if I had any questions or thoughts about what I might want. When I was finally ready to get serious, Dina knew exactly what I wanted because she had been patient and listened along the way. Additionally, I was so comfortable working with her because she never pressured me when I was taking forever to make up my mind. This trust that she established with me was critical, as when things started getting serious I had to make some quick decisions, and I knew that Dina had my best interest in mind. After looking at several different options, we finally found the perfect fit. This was not dumb-luck either, Dina knew what I was looking for, and made it happen with her deep market knowledge and connections. She knew of units that were about to be for sale before they officially were listed on MLS, and this gave me the edge needed to get the unit I wanted. Once we finally began the negotiation process, Dina was instrumental in helping me get the most value possible out of the transaction, and she was able to do this because of the relationships that she has built in the marketplace. *Quick sidebar - Dina also recommended the lender I ended up using (despite several other quotes) because he truly was the best suited to handle the condo financing (Eric Putt at Seacoast National Bank). In most purchases the buyer sometimes wonders, "could I have done better?" And even if they're satisfied with the outcome, there's always that lingering question. Now take that feeling, and multiply it by about 1,000,000 and that's what I expected to feel after the biggest purchase of my life because there are so many moving parts and things that could go wrong. Well I can tell you that while I sit here in my new home, writing this review for Dina - I feel absolutely no regret in this purchase. I love my new place, and I have Dina to thank. Do yourself a favor and give her a call, you'll get the results and piece of mind that you're looking for.
