I have frequent sciatica issues so I get a lot of massages. Today I called to request a walk-in. They took me right in. David gave me the best massage and used multiple techniques being sure to check with me on the comfort of the pressure, temperature and included some stretching as well! My coworker told me that she received a great massage here! She advised that it was so good she increased it from a 60 minute to a 90 minute during her session. I went to the Zhenyue on 07.17.22 at 6:30 pm and I was advised that they didn't have anything for the rest of the evening. I called on 07.18.22 and asked if there was any available around 3pm and I was advised to come in. I arrived around 2:41 and my therapist was ready! I was asked to disrobe and lay face down. The majority of the massage is dry. She added oil about 1/2 way through and hot stones for about 5-7 minutes. Not much attention to the feet but they do have options that specifically cater to feet so that's possibly why. I did expect some attention there with a full body massage. Anna was very thorough and I would definitely return. I plan to book a 90 minute and incorporate some foot reflexology! read more

So disappointed!!!! 1st complaint, my appt was scheduled for 11:00 and they told us to wait 30 minutes. After waiting the 30 minutes we get there and It was a couples massage. The guy started on me and then the person I went with had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for the other person to come in and start on him. NOT ONLY THAT!!!!! The guy who was doing me answered a call while massaging me, then the lady who did my friend left the room about 4X. Then they were having a full conversation with each other. The lady who did my friend started after the guy started me left 4x but then ended when the guy was finished with me. They both were extremely rough when massaging. We did not enjoy at all and will NEVER GO BACK. Also didn't compensate for any of it. read more

What an AMAZING find! I don't ever give 5 stars but I'd give this place more if Yelp let me. I've had dozens of massages and this place is by far the best! They're extremely experienced and the goal is to clear your pain so yes it may hurt a bit but I left here feeling no pain whatsoever. The location doesn't look that great but it keeps their prices affordable and once you get inside it's a tranquil setting and very clean. Where to start! First, these folks are the real deal - best reflexology massage I've ever had. Second, incredibly good prices. I had the 45-min foot + 45 min body for $60. Next, I expected it to hurt or be inconsistent - not because of them, but because my last 3 reflexology messages in Cali all sucked. I was beyond thrilled with mine, and the hubby said this was the second best massage he's ever had, just behind the massage we had in Hawaii. We'll be back before we sail back to the Bahamas in Nov! Just one tip for the owner: I think that was you who took care of me - it was distracting when you kept leaving to welcome new clients. It was not what I was expecting. I think my back hurts more afterwards from lack of technique and her climbing on my back. I get a lot of massages (I love them) and this felt mostly like either a rub or pain for 25 out of the 30 minutes. It's clean and quiet thats why I gave 1 star. read more

Not even 1 star! 1st they would not acknowledge or accept the only special of $40 for a full body, stating it was without oil. I accepted, and after using the bathroom suddenly they only had time for 30 min. Then they said cash only. Awesome place, at first I was a little apprehensive, but I walked in and was immediately made to feel at ease. I went because they had an opening, and I had just finished an 1800 mile motorcycle ride on some rough roads and was 229 pounds of knotted up muscles and could barely walk, so I did the full body 120min massage and was worth every penny, I can't remember the ladys name who did my massage but she got all the knots out, the only downside was they are short staffed and she kept having to leave to answer the phone or desk which was fine everyone is short staffed right now, I am definitely going back probably every 2 weeks read more

Felt a little crabby and decided to get a massage. I normally go to the place in the mall for quick cheap massages but after researching a little bit I very much liked the prices I saw online! I called and said I would be heading there now and set a time. WHen I arrived I was greeted at the front desk and asked which massage I wanted! I then signed in on a paper asking which massage I was getting and the pressure I wanted. I selected medium. I then followed her into a dark massage room and I set my belonging on a table in the room. I kept my clothes on and laid face down on the table. My masseuse then came in and said hello and started right away! I chose a 60 min body massage, he massage the entire back side of me and then I flipped over and got a face and head massage. I was also stretched out really good too! At the end I received a little bottle of water! Maybe next time though I'll ask for light pressure because at times the pressure was a little much! Absolutely horrible experience my fiancé had! she wanted to keep her underwear on and told the lady that but the masseuse took them off anyways. during the massage she was made very uncomfortable by the lady working. she did not ask "is this okay?" before going near private areas to massage. very immature and not good at all for someone's who has been through trauma. my fiancé only wanted an hour massage but was not allowed to get up or leave even when she tried and stayed for 90 minutes and had to pay for it. they masseuse got angry and yelled at my fiancé for not leaving a tip because of her uncomfortably. I went up there so i could speak to the manager and the lady would not communicate to me at all. kept misgendering my fiancé as well. i went to the car to check on my shaken up fiancé and comfort her from being triggered. the lady then comes out with her boss on the phone and OPENS MY FIANCÉS DOOR! at this point i snap at her to close the door because she has no right. i wouldn't recommend this place for anyone who has had trauma in the past! What did I expect from Savannah? Heat, humidity, and great food. What did I not expect? The BEST massage of my life! I got the best massage of my life here... and I have had a lot of massages. I was impressed from the beginning when I walked in at how clean it was, how nice it smelled, the ambient temperature, and the soft relaxing music. We were immediately greeted by our therapists who gave us a water before we went back. I opted for the 45 minute foot massage + 45 minute body massage combo. Each part of this was s o o o nice. Emily was my therapist and she was the best massage therapist I've ever had. Without even letting my therapist know, she knew all of my problem spots (my shoulders) and worked every last knot out of them. I was most impressed by the fact that I asked for medium pressure, and that was exactly what I got. Let me put it this way... I liked it so much I am writing the review less than one hour after I left. Incase you are still on the fence, I'll say this- I live in Louisville, and I would buy plane tickets to come get a massage here. This is the equivalent of the Olde Pink House or The Wilkes House when you come to Savannah... you just can't miss it!!!! read more

After reading the reviews, I was excited to try a new place near my home. 3/4 of the way through my service I knew I would never be back. I went for a foot a full body massage - I could tell from the foot massage that this would be less than what I'd hoped for. The person who worked with me (calling her a massage therapist would be an incredible insult to all massage therapists) occasionally used movements on my feet that were relaxing - but absolutely no regard for pressure points or care for areas that were clearly in need of attention. Then came full body. I've never wanted to leave a massage before, and in fact asked her at some point to go back to my feet (as that was tolerable). I'm writing this review in the middle of the night because I woke up feeling MORE in pain than before I walked into the "relaxation station". Not only did this person seem to have no experience with bodywork, she also seemed not to care. It was the equivalent of a date giving you their version of a massage and you determining they don't like you very much. Squeezing, scrunching, elbows on shoulder blades and down my spine. Literally no muscle work happened at this "massage". And my glutes, which she spent a disproportionate amount of time on, literally hurt from whatever it is she wants to say she did to them. Maybe it was this one person, but if you care at all about your body and if you have had massages before and enjoy them, don't go for the cheap/quick fix at this place. Yoyo is amazing! I made an appointment with her because her reviews are very good. I can't even explain how awesome my massage was. Yoyo went above and beyond. The only reason I gave a 4 star review is because the client that came in during my last 20 minutes or so was very loud. The masseuse was as well. Of course, this had nothing to do with Yoyos service. The other masseuse should have known better. The atmosphere is very relaxing other than the other masseuse and her client. The studio is very clean as well as the restroom. I will definitely be going back twice a month for Yoyo to work her magic! Kudos to her! read more

SOMETIMES YOU DON'T EVEN GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, BEWARE! With over 30 years of massage experience I can guarantee you they are not all qualified. I agree with some of the other reviews. If out of oil, you get none. Sanitizing sandal's are hit and miss, I witnessed this 1st hand and refuse their shoes. I understand and accept the language barrier but "no " should be understood. I asked for a chair neck only massage, not my 1st there. Finally after being motioned to the table and pointing to her neck I relented. She was not qualified to do what she was making up. Suffice to say I was in so much pain that evening that I ended up in the Orthopedic Office the following day. Thought we were done when she at the end of the table clasped my ankle with both hands. Suddenly and without warning, pulled it with great force & a quick jerk. Ortho put me in a boot for a torn ligament in my ankle. Without the boot, my foot cannot roll forward without excruciating pain. Now I can go on about my shoulder which is burning like its on fire but that appt is Monday. I was offered a free chair massage when I called to say "she needs monitoring". THIS CHEAP CHAIR MASSAGE HAS COST ME SO MUCH MORE! read more

My friend and I recently went to Zhenyue massage to get a massage after a long week. We read the reviews and expected awesome things. We get there and our underwear is pulled down. The massage starts off normal but then gets much more inappropriate. My friend was most definitely sexually assaulted there and after telling the woman no to something she said "no you like it" and I just thought I needed to post to make sure no one else has to experience it. read more

I went in for a 30 minute massage and it really was so good that I wasn't thinking about the time but after she asked me turn over for the next part I realized it felt more like Id been there an hour and sure enough I had! I asked her why and she said '90 minute massage' and I said 'Nooo, I only wanted 30 minute' and had even pointed to the one I wanted on their sales sheet with the receptionist (who spoke very good english). So she said she would another 10 mins to end it for an hour massage. When I got to the front desk I asked the woman what happened and she said she must have asked you if you wanted longer to which I replied she did not. She paused and said she would charge me for the 30 minute one but I paid for the hour anyway. I never take the time to do Yelp reviews, but I had to because I had such a good experience here. I was visiting Savannah for a doctor's appointment today (lived there for a decade, but have since moved) and decided to wait out the rush hour traffic before getting back on the road to go home by getting a quick reflexology massage. I chose this place because it looked like it was the newest, nicest, had good reviews, and most reasonably priced of the other reflexology massage places I saw on Yelp. And I am so glad that I did. I am a massage junkie and have had some pretty incredible massages, but this was very very unexpectedly the best massage of my entire life! I did 45 minutes in the chair for my feet and another 45 fully body oil massage on the table. The foot massage was the typical kind you get at a Reflexology place, but the table massage was beyond amazing and so unexpectedly so. I would do the table exclusively next time. I worked with Eva and I will definitely be coming back when I'm in town for my next doctor's appointment. I also have fibromyalgia and can't tolerate super aggressive deep tissue massage so she adjusted the pressure for me and it was just perfect. It was also so reasonably priced ($80) and she did such an incredible job that I tipped her $30. Worth every penny. Can't recommend this place or her enough! read more
