Zia Graphics is the standard place most places get their orders from in Albuquerque, they are well know especially compared to their competitors like Black Duck or Rio Rancho T-Shirts. It is fairly unorganized when you come in though. Yesterday when we picked up our order, it smelled like a chain-smoker was smoking in the whole building, it looks like a water leak happened on the roof with what looks like black mold to me on the ceiling. I placed an order in May and was told it would be delivered within the next week. It is now 6 weeks later. I called and was told someone would call me by the end of the day. The call was never returned. Now 5 days later I called again, I did receive a return call stating they would begin producing the item and it would be approximately 2 weeks and then it would be mailed. Then was asked to give all information already provided when I paid. I have my receipt from them "taking" my money, promising product and never producing anything. read more

The quality and value of the items ordered and received is fine. However, the items took 60 days to even be shipped. When I called to check the status of my order, I was told that they had thousands of orders. If you don't have or cannot hire the staff to assist, you should not be accepting thousands of orders along with the payment for the order. When I asked about obtaining a refund, I was told it would take 10 to 12 business day. Just do better. read more

First they left these jackets out of our order. Went back today to pick them up and the letters on the back clearly were not heated to adhere them. Have to drive back tomorrow (100 miles round trip) to return them and it's cold outside so our new volunteers could really use these coats. read more

I have been doing business with this company for over 7 years. Summer uniforms and winter sweaters and jackets, all embroidered, So I go in and the customer service is horrible and the cant show me anything I wanted. I go buy some uniforms and bring them back to get embroidered and they no longer want my business, thousands a year. Great company!! I worked with a local PTA committee who needed banners printed and Zia Graphics was awesome every step of the way! They assisted in every aspect of development, from choosing which type of banner would fit our needs best to graphic design. As a committee, we had some hiccups and miscommunication about design choices and Elena at Zia was incredibly patient with us, worked with multiple committee members, placed what we needed on hold until we were ready, jumped in with design help and created a beautiful finalized mock-up/proof! I only give 4/5 stars for now because we haven't picked up the banners and I will update the review and speak to the turn around time for printing when we do! read more

If it was a possibility it would be a negative star rating.. they gave me an appraisal for some slinglets I was going to donate to an old high school of mine, gave me 3 different pickup dates, on top of trying to change my design we had originally came to terms with. When I called to let them know how unprofessional their service was, and that I wanted to cancel my order, the order had already been processed and that it was impossible to get my money back and take my business elsewhere. And didn't take professionalism into consideration. I'm not one to write bad reviews or go out of my way for things like this.. but it comes down to what they can do to resolve issues they may be having, and they have yet to resolve the issue... think twice before you take your money to this business read more

Zia Graphics may do good work eventually, but don't believe a word they say with regard to promised deadlines. When i placed my order I explained to them that I needed the product for a conference. No product, but they offer a very heartfelt apology. Save yourself the grief, and go somewhere else. A day after the initial review i cancelled the order (since Zia was in breech of our agreement). They personally delivered the shirts to me that day, and they're really well done. Bottom line, if you need something by a specific date, use caution Last update - two days after the embroidered polo shirts were delivered, and the thread is coming out of both shirts worn to this point. They have a large customer base and great examples but very poor customer service. The Rep Anne was very rude, she will belittle you and talk down to you, she will also ignore your comments in the arrogant way that she does because she acts like she knows better. She will try to change the color of your lettering and printing because what you want is just not gonna be good. So basically if your not going to order 1,000 shirts with the same design on them, she will treat you poorly and get you so flustered you will walk out the door. Of which, she won't care because your "order is too small" for their type of business. I was testing them out to see how they handle a small order of $300 so that I could later place an order for $1400 but I take my business elsewhere... BLACK DUCK HERE I COME!! read more

we placed an order at sports tournament in Florida three weeks ago. When we placed an order, they said it will be shipped in a week or so. When I called them today, they said it will be another week or two since they had 12,000 orders back-logged. They charged my credit card at the time of order. She acted like I was an idiot for not purchasing the shirts from them. They refused to embroider my shirt's because I didn't purchase them at their store. I won't be back! read more

I worked with Diane in making only 30 Tshirts for my squadron. I received the mock print up and it was perfect. I went to pick up my order and noticed all of the 30 shirts were wrong nothing along the lines of the mock print up I was sent before. All the reps were confused and didn't what happened and no one could explain what happen. All the sizes were incorrect and our logo. I will never use this company ever again . I recommend everone to stay away to avoid the headache. If i could give this company a 0 in the star status I would, because they don't even deserve the 1 star. read more

I see that a couple others have had negative experiences at Zia but I've worked with them for several years and always had excellent results. Anne has been nothing but polite and helpful in my dealings with her and our products have always been done well and in a timely fashion. She has helped me find discounted rates when applicable and did not try to "up-sell" me with any add-ons or more expensive products than I could afford. I was very disappointed with my experience at Zia Graphics, where all they seem to care for is how to take your money. When I first called a lady named Anne was very nice and pleasant to talked to telling me to please come in to see her. However, once I came in you can tell she was trying to push all these products on me, without me even asking. I had a design and new what I wanted, but yet she kept on telling me that I should do this and that. After being able to get my point and order in, I came in again because I saw that there were some products that I wanted to get so I came in and of course talked to Anne. However, instead of being the nice person I met the first time she totally blew me off and gave me a couple catalogs to leave. I was given a proof of my design and they completely butchered my design. I called and emailed and left messages and Anne would not answer. So after a week I came in to say what is going on. Anne replied oh my desk is a mess so was probably lost. After coming in person they would fix the design and said it would take a couple weeks. It was on time as promised, however I did place another order and was also told that it would take two weeks. After two weeks passed, I emailed Anne and even called to see the status of the order - nothing. I called again and talked to another person who stumbled and said oh it was to come at the end of the month. This was weird because I placed this order at the beginning of the month and was told two weeks so I questioned them and said that they promised two weeks and now are saying four weeks. What gives! She then said 'oh it will be ready in a week.' All this time no response from Anne. I came in again and said I have not gotten a response and Anne again said it was probably lost on her desk. REALLY?! After I got a call to pick up my product Anne came at me and said quote "you need to pay first before anything." Can I not check the order before pushing me to pay. Again, no customer service and just wanting to get money from the customers. Don't get me wrong, they do good work, but Anne is terrible to work with. I would stay away from the pushiness, rudeness, and lack of customer service. read more

The product quality is fine. Price was fine. Timeline was not fine. Our kid's school lists Zia as the "only authorized" provider of their embroidered uniforms. We ordered two shirts of different styles with school logo. Took over a month to get ONE of the shirts. My daughter started school with a walmart polo that she had to get permission to wear while we waited. There was a note stating that other item was on back order & would arrive soon. Over a month & something was still backordered? Two months after ordering (washing and wearing the same shirt constantly,) I called to ask for my shirt. I was told "both shirts came at the same time, but they sent a smaller size for one of them. We're waiting for the right size." Then she tells me the shirts run really big, and I should have ordered the smaller size for that style anyway. She could have told me that in the beginning & given me the option of trying the smaller size. I told them to just send me that one and it fit fine. Bottom line, don't plan on them being efficient, or applying problem solving skills. I won't count on them again. read more
