Sure, there was a fee to convert our logo to a usable file but every shop had this fee. The per piece price was very reasonable, they had great recommendations on sizing and placement, the turnaround time was fantastic and they were very communicative during the production process sending proofs and making small adjustments as needed. We ended up having jackets, sweaters and beanies made and all were perfect! I cannot recommend Rio Rancho T-shirts enough. We'll be back.

A wrap that should have lasted approx. 5 years started to chip, crack and peel just after the 1 year warranty expired. The company told me that is was their installers fault, but wanted me to pay additional money to have it fixed. Can anyone spell RIPOFF. Anyway, I wasn't going to make that mistake twice.
