I called and come to find out that the plumber was on "another job" and they haven't heard from him all day! People have jobs and take time away from their jobs for these scheduled appointments. No call, No show is very inconsiderate and shows how you truly feel about customers. Geez, you would think that if you charge $135/hr the least you could do is have better customer service! We cancelled the appointment and scheduled w/ someone else!
