I took my brand new Toyota Tacoma over here. Do you have a tunnel cover put on and get it under coated? The guy inside the place was really friendly. Made it sound like it was no big deal. They ordered my cover. I took it down to them on a Friday morning. Let it sit there all day went down to pick it up and I noticed that they had not undercoat inside of the cab or the doors or anything so he told me that it was made out of aluminum. Then he got a magnet and figured out that it was not so I had to take it back in on a Monday morning to get the cab indoors coded and doing so they got spray all over the outside of my cab which they wiped down, which was OK but the gentleman who was doing it had undercoating on his clothes. Got to drive my truck out and left a big old black smudge on the back of my seat now granted this truck is only got 100 miles on it so they took it back in and did some stuff to get it out. Put a seat cover on it for me so I could drive home and when it dried, there was still a black Ish mark on my seat my wife and I worked on it to get it out. There's still a little bit there, but it's so light. You can hardly see it now, but that is not the point the point is my brand new car is got a stain in the seat because of what these guys did I don't know if they did a good job under recording it or not you gotta take it back in every year to get it touched up which they gave me a free one because of the trouble that I had and I'm wondering how many people have had your cars and trucks undercoating and they forgot to do a whole section of it and nobody really knows it. I noticed it because I kind of knew what I was looking for, but I bet you a lot of people really don't they seem to make good on what they did. It was a big ordeal over two days and like I said they got stain on my seat. I am not happy. My truck has got 165 miles on it and I got a stain in the seat already. read more

Horrible just fricken horrible- Beware - There is a jealous employee at this establishment I took my mothers brand new rogue to get tint and they Overcharged me saying it was from tax. Indiana only charges around .07 tax. I also have proof of a person that works there keying the car after I complained about the tint not being properly installed. Wonder what I'll do with it. Good thing I can afford to purchase a new car because these people are serious losers. read more

Mar 25 2024 I Took My 2024 Ram 2500 in for Undercoat & Rhino lining. When wet to pick it up I looked at job before I went in to pay . They had undercoated right over Dirt in Wheel Wells & only Coated Parts of the Wheel Well also noticed other areas not coated. Talked to Desk Person who said lets go look at it . Desk Person and Manager/ Owner looked at job and said they would have it done right and ready buy Wednesday. I get call late Thursday it done. Go in Friday to get Truck . Look at Undercoat. Still areas not coated Including inside Rocker Panels & Doors Go in and talk to Manager John John he says they did a Great Job That I 'am just looking for things to complain about gets real Huffy and tell Me to Get out of His Store. I've always taken my vehicles to Ziebart for window tints. They do a good job. The reason I didn't give a 5 star was because the last time I took my vehicle in for tints they requested I take my vehicle in before 9am. Well I would assume they would get it done with 2 hours. I called at 3:30 and they still had not started on my vehicle. About an 1.5 hours later they called it was done. My concern was why did I have to take it in before 9am when they started working on 7 hours later. The dirt lot they have is always filled with other cars and the area they are at is not the safest. I really don't want my brand new vehicle with 20 mile scratched, dinged or broken into. Maybe start working with a schedule. If someone comes in late have them reschedule. read more

I was asked when I ordered my car for it to be tinted and undercoated and a remote start they cut four of my windows so I had to get brand new windows put into a brand new car took it back and forth there 10 times who is on Ireland Road they can't fulfill their job at all they sent my car back to me with Sharpie on the window to cover up the short spots on the tint either ziebart or gates did it regardless they sent it to them still not right I'd never use main st ziebart awful experience read more

Initially got a tinting job (all windows) and rust protection done. Everything went smooth and was alright. A few months down the road I noticed some bubbling in the tints that had been installed. I called up Ziebart and scheduled an appointment to get the tinting fixed (I have a lifetime warranty on the car). Everything went as planned and with no surprises. I am writing this review to point out that Ziebart's customer service and professionalism were outstanding. I worked with John and felt very comfortable as he was extremely kind and friendly. Ziebart South Bend SAVED my install!!! After taking my vehicle to a competing shop to have an auto starter/alarm installed, (big mistake), they couldn't get it right even after several trips back and hours spent waiting, I finally gave up on them and came to Ziebart. They ordered a part that the competition said was on back order and set me up with an appointment the next day. The tech had to just about start the install all over to get it right and spent WAY more time than was quoted or charged! The folks at Ziebart have my business for life! read more

I have contacted this place multiple times by email and phone to try and get a quote for window tinting. Never once have I heard back from them. I recently had my new Jeep Grand Cherokee very poorly Diamond Coated, when I booked the appointment they needed it dropped off for the day, only to call at 12:30pm to say it was completed. I arrived to pick the vehicle up to find they had not done 1/2 the job and the two owners??? had said that they would do it again for free next year due to the terrible job by there staff. After a couple of weeks I was even more dis-satisfied and decided to call and just request a full refund due to the poor workmanship to be told that he would need to speak to the manager and I could call back on Monday. I called back on Monday to be told that I am a business owner so I know they cannot do a full refund. I explained to John that we don't do shotty work and we stand behind our services! I was very dis-satisfied and frankly they do not care, because they are making money for not even performing the services that were paid for in full! If you use this company watch them do your job, or better yet pick an alternate Ziebart location NOT THIS ONE!!!!! There product is awesome if you have the right Franchise! read more

Just picked up my car and it looks great! It may not be the cheapest around, but the work is high quality and the guarantee is lifetime. It took a week to schedule an appointment, and they had to keep it overnight to help it cure. They were very knowledgeable about the product, informed me completely of the time expectations and gave me the full scoop of how to make sure it cures-in completely over the next few days.
