We had three different ceramic shade applications chosen for different windows. The heat reduction is phenomenal. The techs did a great job with all the windows and I highly recommend their service. Elite also completed the ceramic coating for the exterior. The rig looks great and we're happy to finally have some paint protection. The Owners were doing some final touches as we came to pick it up. Everyone was super nice and very patient with our questions... it's a big investment! I would definitely recommend Elite and plan to be back for our yearly refresh. Our only challenge was the scheduler who had us deliver the rig first thing on a Thurs morning so they could complete the ceramic with a two day cure time. After serious hotel and restaurant expense and a pick up promise on Monday "first thing" we were called and pushed to end of the day and was told by a tech they only started the rig on Sunday. Three nights of unnecessary hotel and restaurant charges was upsetting. I would still give high marks for the work crew but suggest confirming schedule prior to your drop off and delivery appointment.

I asked them to detail my vehicle and tint the windows…read more The vehicle was simply wet vacuumed. Most carpets were still wet, other places dry them. I opened the doors and parked the vehicle in the sun in order to dry the carpets. When dry, I found all kind of debris in the corners, it appears they simply wet-vacuumed, pushing the dirt and debris around. You are supposed to vacuum first before you do something wet. The rest of the vehicle appeared to have been simply wiped down. There was still dust and dirt in the corners of the door pockets, storage compartments and so on. One corner of a window tint came loose. I went back and they re-glued it or something like that. About 1 week later it came loose again, same spot. Had to go back again, they re-glued it again. Now it looked all wrinkled. I asked them to replace the tint as it does not look good. They said to give it a week, the wrinkles might go out. They did not and the tint came loose again. I stopped at another place, they fixed it properly on the spot, and it has been lasting well for over 6 months.

I stopped by T&J Car Audio to ask about scheduling and was surprised that they could get me in the same day. As I suspected, it turned into a real job even for them due to the way the battery compartment is isolated and the fact that the new Bose systems have so many quirks. It ended up consuming the rest of their day but it's exactly as I wanted and at a price that made me feel guilty. I've already lined up another vehicle for them to do. They called later that day to ask if they could keep my car overnight, I was flexible so I gave them the okay. When I went to pick my car up they charged me OVER $500. Never once during the phone call asking to keep the car overnight was I informed of the price increase. I asked what the increase was for and they said they charge more if the car is " extra dirty" and because of "pet hair". I do not have a pet and have never brought an animal in my car. They also asked for a tip on TOP of the price increase bringing the total to over $600 FOR A MEDIUM SIZED CAR INTERIOR. WITHOUT EXTERIOR. I felt extremely taken advantage of. Will not be back. The interior is done very well but you can absolutely find someone else in the area to do as good a job for less and a business that will be transparent and upfront with their pricing.
