According to one of the employees told me #1 its to cold and nobody wants too fill with paper. Then the other person working said "We don't make money on giving receipt. Sadly I liked the option of being able to get Mobil gas. But I can drive 1/2 miles down the road and get it at Meijer Gas and a receipt EVERY time. I worked in Customer service my entire working years. This is exactly what a company DOES NOT want. Tried to write BC on their web site. Nope. Can't do that either. Someone higher up needs to fix this. Commercial guys like I was for 34 years need those pieces of paper. If they wanted a coffee or a drink they would walk in anyways. Its called Customer Interaction.
