I was working on my computer at the only table in the place, and a child took my SD card out of my computer and put it into the vending machine within 3 feet of me and the 30-seconds it took to take my pillows to the dryer. It took almost 2 hours searching for it. The parent was not watching the kids the entire time they were there prior to the incident, but were very helpful and apologetic in helping me look for my card. The attendant was also very helpful in talking with the owner (who wasn't on site) to watch the cameras to see who took my things. The place is insanely busy, and most kids tend to be playing around the place and doors. Don't expect to come here and get additional work done while doing your laundry.

People usually do their laundry after work or on their days off and for three quarters of the population, that's evenings and weekends in which this business is closed. What is the point of providing a great service when you're only open while your customers are working themselves? I guess the community will have to suffer the drive and stinky clothes of community minded laundromats elsewhere or call in sick to have clean clothes..

I've been rushed out on numerous occasions while I'm going as fast as I can to fold my laundry. One time I was even told I might have to take my laundry home to fold. Umm, no.
