Charlton messaged me back within 15 minutes. I explained that my throttle dashboard light came on, and Charlton said I might need the $70.00 diagnostic test to turn it off and determine the throttle problem. Charlton also asked me about the size of my engine. I scheduled an appointment and canceled it because the throttle light went out. Perhaps it was the below-freezing temperature and my attempt to drive my vehicle without sufficiently warming it up that prompted the throttle light to come on, I will definitely contact C & A when my vehicle does need servicing. I appreciated the messaging that helped me determine what my vehicle needed. What's valuable? The excellent customer service in fielding my throttle concerns is worth noting.

This is my first time using Yelp and was so stressed because my regular mechanic is my friend and he was on vacation when the brakes went out. I felt so much better when I found people who would help me . Special thanks to Charlton at C&A Automotive for making me feel at ease and gave me a great deal . It turned out to be the brake job from hell because of the poor workmanship of the last owner . An hour project turned into a 3 and a half hour nightmare. Charlton worked his ass off and kept a good attitude . We're both talkers and that helped our mental health. Lol I can't recommend to highly. You need a car repair done he's the man to get.

    Sensational Experience!!!! Recently, I just bought a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude, and I was…read moreinterested in tinting my front two windows to match my rear windows. So, since I was in the Springfield, PA area I decided to stop into that Tint World store location to get some pricing information for what I had in mind. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT! From the customer service, attention to detail, great work performed, to how fast they got me in and out at a "decent price", I will definitely go back to them if I decide to do anything else to my truck! They get a A++++++ from me!!! Kudos to Rose and Ian for making my 1st time experience a pleasurable one!!!

I was advised the services would take 3 hours. I woke up early on a Saturday very exited and eager to have my services . Since I was advised the services would only take 3 hours, I called at 11:30am to get a time estimate for pickup. Only to be disappointed with a response from Ian that my car just went back at 11:30 am. 3 hours from then I stopped pass the shop due to me being in the area, and my car was infact in the same spot where I parked at 8:30am. Ian was rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing he condesenly asked "well do you need your car? You will get a text when it's ready". I got a text at 5:12pm indicating my car would be ready for pickup at 5:40pm. When I arrived, instead of saying sorry for the delay. I was greated when a snarky comment "Better late than never", as if that wasn't unprofessional enough, I was then charged a higher price than I was originally quoted. Even though I have a written quote via text, Ian still fast talked and charged me a higher price. A price that I wouldn't of agreed upon had I known the day I made my appointment. Ian came off very condescending, arrogant, rude, and aggressive. He made this experience horrible for me. I will be contacting the better business bureau due to be quoted one price and charge a different price after service

    I needed a faulty radio replaced in my truck and chose them because of the positive reviews…read more Sadly, I never felt as though I was a valued customer. Instead, it seemed as though I was a quick buck. The job went long and after not getting a call, I phoned them. I was told they were pulling my truck out right at that moment - OK, maybe. I've no reason yet to not trust them. After picking up the truck (which was left a mess) I notice pretty quickly things were not right. My steering wheel controls and backup camera did not work at all. I called and was told to come back. Unfortunately, I was heading out of town for two weeks with the truck so I told them I'd swing by after the trip. While on the trip I realize my mic for calls and my parking lights weren't functioning correctly either. It was clear to me that they did not check that everything I paid for, was functioning, so I decided to not give them the shot to make it right. I didn't trust that they would make my truck a priority and I couldn't go without it for a lengthy period of time. I purchased a radio on Amazon and installed it myself and now everything is working properly. With zero experience or prior knowledge, I did a better job than these professionals. I gave them the second star since I didn't give them a second chance. I won't be back and will not recommend their radio install (maybe they're good at tinting or rims - I'll never know). I'm disappointed. My preference is to promote the local spots. Sadly, not this one. *Update* I spoke with the owner over the phone after he promised a 100% refund. He asked that I come in on Monday to meet with him. On Monday, he wasn't there. Instead I was handed a phone to talk to him. He blamed a miscommunication for the backup camera, did not address any other issues. I had the radio in hand to return, but he refused the return and offered me a refund of $90 (paid $680 in total) for my installation. I declined obviously disappointed in their lack of care for the customer. Removed a star after giving them a chance to make it right and didn't. These guys cannot be trusted.
