There are not enough things in the world that I could say about this establishment that has been brought to Tracy that was very much needed. The customer service and shopping experience Ziggy's has provided to my wife and I is 1st class in every single way possible. upon entering I was humbly greeted by staff (Mikey & Billy) and was amazed on just how clean, open, vibrant and organized this place was. parking is spacious and it is easy to find might I add! anyways! we came in looking and checking out what was new in our community after being told from their other successful smoke shop in Stockton that they were open here too, which is awesome because we would drive to Stockton to get what I needed that other smoke shops just didn't seem to really offer us. we came in looking for CBD cream/lotion we did some research on and browse their other options because my wife has tried various forms of brands to help alleviate her from her serve eczema breakouts that she gets quite often and was very not open to disclosing why she needed it but I told her that in order to get what was correct to talk to the owners. we were helped by Mikey who was very compassionate and caring about my wife's situation and recommended the perfect option and took the time to educate us on the benefits CBD had to offer and how it would help with the breakouts and skin rashes. he ended up giving us this awesome lotion for my wife to try and has been successful in taking care of the itch and getting rid of the red flare up patches that my wife was self-conscious about so thank you for restoring some faith in her Mikey if you or the owners ever read this. you have a faithful and loyal customer from here on out. aside from that we got to look around and were offered water and was advised if we wanted to see anything they would be more than happy to open up and of their many display cases to let us hold and get up close and personal with any of their water pipes which were cool because most smoke shops you go to you're just standing behind a counter looking at items from like 6 feet away. it's so cool to actually be inches away to look at things in fine detail and not feel rushed or asked if we want to buy that after stating we just wanted to look at it. i ended up asking Billy to open up like 9 cases because i got indecisive about what i wanted and each time he was more than happy to open up and i didn't feel like he got annoyed he was always smiling and offered to open up every case in the store if i wanted but i wasn't about to do that but awesome knowing that he, in fact, would if i wanted him to, i got to test out a product i wanted to see its function and it was perfect. i got to the counter and made light convo about where they were originally from and everything was just super friendly and they cared and i felt cared about and not rushed or pushed to buy anything. this is the #1 shop to come to if you want to be treated right and get grade A top customer service thank you Ziggys Team!!! read more

When we asked where a product was the gentleman who worked was sitting in a chair with another man and pointed over there.
