They helped me find exactly what I wanted, and did a great job translating my vague descriptions of discontinued equipment into recommendations for modern day equivalents. Bad customer service. Went into the smoke shop the other day and I had asked the girl a question and someone answered from behind me. I turned but did not see anyone. I guess the bald guy is the owner of the shop but talking from behind the counter where you can't be seen is rude as hell. I just moved to Tracy and this is the 3rd smoke shop I've tried and only one I've gone back to because they've been so friendly. Many smoke shops have rude employees. I didn't get the name of the guy who helped me the first time but Sigh (sorry if I misspelled your name!) helped me out the second time and was very sweet. Just had the worst experience in here. Until now I had the owner serve me but today I got an incredibly rude white girl with glasses. She was ignoring all customers except one she was apparently educating on cbd. Doesn't basic customer service include at least acknowledging customers who are waiting? After being ignored for 5-6mins I simply asked if I could buy some juice as I was on my break. I asked for a two juices she grabbed one I said no two to which she mumbled "you could have said that in the First place" I told her she didn't have to be rude then she continued her rudeness. This smoke shop is superb, kind customer service & good vibrations. I always enjoy patronizing this store. Very thorough inventory, neatly displayed. My only suggestion to the owners would be to play some type of music. It is a bit too quiet and feels sterile without some kind of jams to entice me to stay and buy more. Buyer Beware. This place does not give refunds for anything. I bought a vape mod-kit. Open it and said nope, this one isn't for me. Tried to refund it. Nope. My fault for not opening it in the store before buying it. The lady behind the counter just said no refunds. I told her I just bought it the day before, never used it - and I just didn't like it. NEVER USED. NO REFUNDS! I asked for the manager/owner (even though he's the one that sold me the mod kit). He wasn't there. $100 wasted. Down the drain. I could have just as easily just gone over and gave them a $100 bill and left. They have zero posted signs about refund policies. Hoping the owner reads this and responds. I'm not in the business of just wasting $100 on merchandise that is useless and I want to support local/small business, but with this service, I'd take my business online. Very poor customer service....sad in this day and age. read more

Great shop, I'd recommend coming here for anything you need. If you want something obscure then you'd best try online. These guys have the essentials and are chock full of them. Plenty of selection in each category. For all your general head needs this is your place. On the price angle, they're maybe $1-3 higher for disposable items like coils, but juice prices of all varieties are very reasonable and you can get a punch card that will net you one free bottle of juice at the end. That being said, the real reason to come here is the staff. Currently I've met four kind folk, but lately i've only seen three around. They take a lot of crap but never seem to let it get in the way of service with kindness. Sure there are off days, nobody is perfect. There are individual incidents that every vape store goes through once or twice, but they handle it in such a way that the situation is resolved and not just thrust back into your hands. Came in a couple days ago looking for cartridges. I then decided to buy a lighter that can change the length of the flame. The young guy carded me wrong telling me I'm supposed to be born in '96 to be 21. My birthday just passed so I'm 21 now and I was born in '97. anyways he was gonna sell me the lighter for 6$ . Giving this store 2 stars for carding me wrong but other than that there's a wide selection of stuff. read more
