Awful!!! Repaired electrical issue on JD 2038R tractor. Also, had basic service performed. They…read moredid not grease ANY of the joints. I assume they changed the oil, but I'm really not sure they did. $140. 3 days after then tractor was returned, it wouldn't start. Had to remove covers and jiggle the fuse box wires. Have to leave covers off. Won't start without jiggle. Emailed Aric Koenig with issues. NO response. Emailed Lebanon facility hoping for a recommendation as to next steps. NO response. If you are ok being blown off by a repair shop, these are your guys. If you want service and some respect, go with Boone Power Equipment.
