I wouldn't advise using this dealership. If I could give negative stars I would. The guy behind the counter is the most unhelpful and rude person we've ever encountered. We needed a replacement part for our hose on our skid steer. The guy said he was too busy to go in the back and find the part even though there was only one other person in the store which was the man who was in front of us. We had the piece we needed with us. It had the part number on it. But he still refused to walk back there and look for it. The man in front of us was also looking for parts and the guy behind the counter refused to listen to him also and talked to him like he was an idiot. If I owned this dealership, that man would not work for me. We live 10 minutes from there but will now drive to Hillsboro to Tipton Kubota. read more

I needed a Stihl dealer and repair shop for my equipment. I'll say they have some friendly staff out front, tho the service area needs work. Dropped a Stihl trimmer off for a repairs that so far has take a month and a half to repair, and as of today still hasn't been started. Evidently they don't have a dedicated small engine tech, so I've been told by their staff, so any small engine repair will take twice as long as other Stihl shops. It bares reminding that these are items that they actually sale, yet they can't turn the repairs around fast enough, not even for commercial operators it seems. Other dealers I've use during the busy mowing season took 3 weeks, this was my expectation. After discussions I'm led to feel they'd rather me buy a new item than repair it. That's my impression. The few times I've called to inquire the staff says they'll call back with an update, tho no one does. If you need new equipment, by all means visit this place. If you need small engine repair, stay away unless your ok with waiting an entire season to get your equipment back. read more

I went to the Cleburne location for a part for a tractor that was purchased there 20 years ago. It usually doesn't need much but I try to buy parts from them when needed. First, when I gave the guy behind the counter the both the tractor model and the boom model number on a piece of paper, he rudely snapped that he didn't need the tractor name , just the boom. Okay sorry for the confusion pal. I also had all the numbers written down that were stamped on the part. When he found the part, he then started questioning me on why I had ordered that same part 3 different times, then returned 2 times. Once was 9 years ago. I don't remember. Made me feel like I was being shady or something. He then goes and gets the part and says " we will not take this back if its opened at all". So I guess I am trying to steal an o-ring or something In his eye, I don't know the angle. I should have just walked out, but I paid and left. The kicker is that when I got home, I googled the part number they gave me because I wanted to see if I could get it elsewhere next time, and found that the same part is 3 times less expensive every where I found it than what they charged. $30 vs their $90....No wonder why they don't like returns. read more

Worse Kubota team in the area. They only want to sell you a new tractor. Service department needs two weeks to make a hose that the ladies up front could make in ten minutes. I personally drive 45 minutes to Stephenville for great service. I live 6 miles from this one and will not do business with them. read more

I took my Kubota Z724 Zero Turn in to have the 500 hour Hydrostatic Oil and filter changed. I had call Central Kubota where I bought the mower and they told me it would be $421 plus tax to do the work. Since I live in Fort Worth I talked to the service manager at Zimmerer Kubota on Mark IV Parkway and he told me he could get me in and out in a day or two so I choose to take to them and give them another shot at service since my prior experience had been horrible time wise getting equipment fixed. They got the work done in a day which was great but when I went to pick it up the next day they bill was for $716.77. When I looked at the bill, they charged me 2.6 hours of labor @165 an hour or $429. Central Kubota told me it's was 1.5 hours for labor in their quote. I talked to Kyle the store manager and the service manager and have had no luck in getting them to adjust the bill Do not use them to work on your equipment they are stealing from you. There is no way it even takes 1.5 hours to pull 2 drain plugs, 2 filters and loosen the 2 breather ports and add 7 quarts of Hydrostatic Oil. The only reason I had them do it was the breather ports needs a #8 allen socket with a universal joint and a couple of extensions with a breaker bar to loosen up and I didn't want to risk striping out the bolts and having to then drill them out. They also hit me with a $21.45 fee under Misc for "supplies and cleaners" which is total BS, paper towels and compressed air, really. I'll buy parts from them but they will never work on my mowers or tractors going forward. UPDATE: I have to change my review from a 1 start to a 5 star because of the response for the ownership. I had an immediate response from the owners. They wanted to know any details of what happened in my experience with them. They took the time to listen what I had to say so that they could fix the issue to make their business better. I even received a call from one of the owners personally. For me, that is outstanding customer service. Mr. Zimmerer even entered the information from my tractor/attachments to be entered in their system just as if I had bought from them. I will definitely use Zimmerer Kubota for all my future needs I had wanted to buy a L series tractor. Since I live in Glen Rose, TX the Zimmerer Kubota in Cleburne was my first choice. I had spoken to my neighbor who had just bought a Kubota riding mower from there and he gave me Shane Hodges name. I called on Monday April 6 at about 10:30 am. By Tuesday morning about 9 am he hadn't called me back. That should have given me my first clue. I decided to go take a visit at the dealer and speak to him personally. I got there shortly after 10 am and spent the next hour discussing what I was looking for. I was initially looking for a L4760 without the cab. He suggested the L4060 as they didn't have any L4760s. I was ok with that and he stated he could get me a good deal. After we sat down to discuss pricing he wasn't sure if the the L4060 would work with package special to get the 0%/84 month financing. I had to leave so he said he would give me a call and let me know. He called me back on Thursday (9th) afternoon when he finally gave me a call to discuss the trailer (TU 10). He stated another customer had purchased the TU10 (with the L4060) and the trailer seemed to really struggled. I asked him didn't the Orange Line Trailers have a heavier duty trailer. He was a bit unsure until we started talking about the TU 14 trailer. It was then he stated that trailer (TU 14) may not work with the special financing. We also discussed moving up to the L6060 because of the lack of the L4760. He said he would find out and call me back. He never did call me back. I emailed him and called him....not a single return call. I ended up having to purchase my equipment (L6060 and attachments) from Ewald Kubota in Taylor, TX about 2 1/2 hours away. I purchased over $50,000 in equipment from them (on 4/17). I guess Shane and Zimmerer has enough business they don't need mine. That's a shame because I would much rather purchase locally. read more

they had the equment for 2 weeks fix 1 thing . but not the problem . charge me 100 $ for gas tank cleaning . wich was not dirty !!!! pick it up the next day went to use it . when found the main reason it i took it in was not fix ..... it took them 2 more weeks . and charged me 20 $$ for puting on a part that i never told them to put on it . the sevice manger said he dont give a fuck and it not his problem . they cost me 1,600 $$ totol in lost busines .
