From the time we walked into the building looking for a dining room table, he was ready to help us weigh our options. He showed us different styles that would be suitable for our family needs. He also informed us of all the current deals that they had and ensured us that he was there to assist. Customer service is very important and Austin went above and beyond. I guess they are going out of business.. I can see why. Right when I walk it I was "greeted" I guess you can call it by a very aggressively rude woman. She had asked me how she can help me and acted like I shouldn't have been in there or something. I just said I was going to browse and asked if there was any outdoor furniture and she said no, so I was like oh okay and go to leave and she is clearly excited she has one less person to help.. by the way it was not busy at all. Only one other customer in the store, so I have no idea what her problem was but it's no wonder the business is closing down with service so awful. read more

Rude! I purchased a chair a month ago. Went back in to see if they had another. Sales girl was very nice the Brittanythe manager never even bothered to say hello or even look at me and then was nasty as she looked at my last order I just walked out! I said, evidently I'm bothering you. The resting bitch face isn't appealing at all and being rude to any customer, especially returning one is the biggest No No in sales! She evidently hates her job maybe being a jail warden is more fitting for her . I'll never go back and to be honest very few things they had. We're good quality. I would rather do without the chair them to give them a dime of my money. If there was a negative star review, I would do that. The sales girl should be the manager, and the manager should be fired. read more

Terrible service!! I've been calling for days, yet unable to get a callback from anyone in management. I made a purchase on Friday online, drove 30 miles in rush hour traffic to go pick it up (had my friends meet me from even further away and rented a truck), to be told that the in stock product that I purchased online( per the suggestion of assistant manager Nick) wouldn't be able to be picked up until the following week. I've emailed customer service and was told they would look into it and call back. Still nothing. I've called a few times today, no answer each time. This is absurd! I've paid for furniture and am in a weird purgatory status with no furniture or direction, all while having an empty living room in my new place. read more

We had never heard of BT Furnishings but stumbled upon it after having visited several other furniture stores and leaving empty handed. We are so glad we did!! We found exactly what we were looking for in a sectional and desk. Abby was incredibly helpful and took the time to discuss multiple pieces and their attributes and quality. She was patient and attentive. We never felt pressured to buy anything or like she was in a hurry to move on. And I had a ton of questions! The prices were also wonderful!! We had been to Nebraska Furniture Mart, Ashley Furniture, and Rooms to Go and the prices and quality at BT were fantastic! I am so excited about our new furniture. I had a great shopping experience here, so great that I bought a sectional, 3 large pictures, and a rug for a reasonable price. The thing I regret buying is my sectional that I've had for about 4 months now. I'm embarrassed to have people to my house because of how bad my couch is pealing. This place has anything and everything for your home. Furniture, bedding, pictures, tables, rows of artificial flowers, wall hangings and kitchen accessories. Everyone is friendly but if you are looking at furniture they tend to hover just a little. Prices are very reasonable and some of the furniture is name brand. If you are just browsing prepare to stay awhile as the place is huge. I love to walk thru every couple of months, even if I am not looking for anything. read more

Normally I'd give BT 5 stars. The staff is great even when I come in almost at closing. In the past few months my wife and I have purchased well over 3k worth of items. However :( The sectional we bought and until recently loved seems to have some internal issues, we also had a couple of suprises in a futon mattress we needed up having to throw out and 2 bags a camo backpack and one bag with wheels. I won't go into detail but lets just say my wife will more than likely not want anything that isn't made of glass or metal ever again. She called a couple of times and was on hold for a good while and finally have up. I guess my question is, Is it possible to find out where these items originated and if so are they fully inspected? Attached is pics from sectional it was a floor model so I know we are out of luck. I love the store and will not open what could be a really be a big can of worms but please have a closer look at some of the items shipped from out of country. read more

They damage your floors, even after spending a little over $1000. They send "their" contracted company to come out and estimate damage or offer you 10% back....I chose the repair and he came out, estimated, and I have not heard from the repairman or store manager since. They refuse to give you any corporate contacts other than an email and even after I refused to continue to work with the manager at white settlement and speak with a corporate rep only, he still continued to be the only one who would email or call and just give excuse after excuse. They showed up way later than the time listed, I only initialed the time box, but the employee drew a line through everything else and they said I agreed to not hold them liable for damage. Absolutely disrespectful management and when we confronted the delivery employees about the damage, they were rude and argued with us in our home, even when we pointed out the tears that lined up where they dragged the furniture. Would not EVER use this company and after having the furniture only a few months, it is cheap and I regret the purchase all together. read more

I didnt buy any furniture. This is just a review of my walk in store experience. They have wonderful variety. I came by Friday afternoon around 4pm on May 26th. I thought the furniture was beautiful and reasonably priced. A sales associate asked me if i had questions. She was very friendly and answered all my questions. I had the most positive experience shopping and buying furniture from BT Furnishings. This store is a pure gem, filled with great looking furniture and all kinds of accessories. You can finish out an entire home from their stock, even as to lamps, sheets, and accent pieces. The salespeople are not overly pushy, but happy to help and spend as much as time as you need choosing just the right items. I was delighted with their prices, quality, and selection and plan to return and purchase even more. The store even offers wonderful delivery that is quick and professional, with delivery guys who are extremely helpful in setting everything up.
