The highlights, in my opinion, is the Mongolian barbecue section. For those not familiar, this is a buffet with raw ingredients including meats (chicken, beef, pork, lamb), seafood (diverse fish, shrimp, etc.), multiple raw vegetable items, and a multitude of sauces and condiments. You put together whatever you want, clip a clothespin with the table number on the side of the plate, and place it on the counter by the huge grill. Everything gets freshly cooked and then brought to the table. The food quality ranges from very good to excellent and the diversity of food is phenomenal. Was also impressed me was a waitress (not ours) who came to my table and marked at this time I had come alone. (She meant not with a group). I was surprised that she remembered me after one visit several months ago with so many customers. The sweet and sour sauce was literally congealed which made the pork soggy and soft...it was like a messy goop in my mouth...yuck. I've tried some of the side items as well, the egg rolls are pretty big, not a traditional egg roll, but it's semi-decent aside from all the grease.
