When you ask for a detailed bill you get shit like other charges but doesn't say what other charges are. Or if you don't win you owe us nothing well I didn't win. But you want $10,000.00. I lost my house and belongings and still having to pay a mortgage on a house you can't live in. They are in with these insurance company's just to screw you.
