This was a slam bam job. Now that the carpet has dried I can't tell it has been cleaned. The guy was only here for 30 minutes. That's from the time he rang the doorbell until he drove away. I spend more time just to vacuum than he did to unload the equipment, clean and put it all away. And take my payment. Still haven't found a company that compares to Black Diamond. read more
