I'm remembering that Wells Fargo fabricated hundreds of thousands of fake customer accounts. Somehow their CEO avoided going to jail. Their corporate culture appears to stink on ice from the Teflon boardroom all the way down to the lowliest tellers. Maybe Wells Fargo should become a payday loan joint and leave actual banking to banking professionals.

They said they can't stop charges to my card and to get a new card which I had multiple times and still somehow charges still come through on the new card. I have been charged overdraft fees totaling over $1,000 in my checking when I had plenty of money in my savings At times when I would use the app to transfer money from saving to checking it wouldn't transfer right away causing more overdraft fees and the fee is charged immediately not even allowing you even a hour to add money into the account to cover the charge . Most places give you at least till end of business day to deposit funds before being charged a fee. when I brought this up they told me I had to connect both accounts for it to automatically pull from my savings to avoid overdraft fees which I thought already was set up. I was told it was $5 to connect it so I agreed as $5 one time connect fee was a lot cheaper then numerous $25 fees. I noticed it was charging a fee of $5 for every transaction left and right which ended up being more each month after I set it up than the overdraft fees of $25 here and there. I spoke to multiple people over the phone about my concerns With the unauthorized charges and fees and they were only hearing fees and kept saying they cant Help me. I asked to speak to a manager and no one would speak to me the few times I asked. I eventually contacted another branch to see if I could sit down with a manager to review my account together to make sense of the fees charges and get some help with the charges I did not recognize the manager was really rude, told me I needed to go over it myself to find the charges which I told him I already did but needed to go over my account still because there was so much. Manager refused to assist me. I switched banks and My account has gone negative with wasatch peaks for things still trying to come out even with my card being locked and when I received a call about the balance I explained to the agent that I would be happy to make a payment as long as someone would sit down with me to go over the account. I was told I would be transferred to a VP and then was hung up on. I never had issues before with wasatch peaks until I sold my home and had a huge amount put into my savings with them and that's when things started to go out of control. I do not recommend them at all. I wish I used the bank I have now and do not charge excessive fees.

Manny NEVER responded to my calls or emails and did not process my application - if he had done he would have told me what Ralph told me almost 3 months later. Manny never, ever indicated this application would not go through. He did not tell me where we where in the process. He did not ask for any further documentation. Completely unprofessional. Do not use this company. Manny said 20 times he would get back to me and NEVER DID. I never received ONE response by email or text or phone. Don't waste your time with these people.

Any insurance can collect a check. Farm bureau does this and adds a membership fee. I have 3 terrible experiences and yes I did learn from the first but unfortunately my son also got to learn the hard way. For me it was an accident that was not my fault but all they could do was collect my deductible and repair the car. Absolutely zero help to go after the responsible party. Next up my husband got hit by a police officer hauling inmates and one of them tried to get a payout. Farm Bureau said it was easier to pay a low amount then to challenge the claim. That claim eventually resolved because the inmate eventually said it was the cop not my husband but it was 3 years of back and forth. Most recently my son got in an accident going less than 10 mph (life360) and Farm Bureau immediately undervalued the car and deemed it a total loss. No negotiation, no second opinion allowed, nothing. We notified an attorney who did an independent evaluation and deemed it to be undervalued by almost three thousand dollars. The threshold between there appraisal and the repair is less than nine hundred. The attorney informed us farm bureau is the worst insurance in Utah. They have no allowance for independent appraisal or negotiation. So we get screwed and farm bureau gets to lie and say they will get four thousand back to scrap the 2019 Mustang. Complete crooks and Tate can't be bothered to do anything. He's regularly out of office and has his assistant do his dirty work.
