Don't be afraid. This is an easy and fun zipline that everyone can enjoy. The staff is very professional. They do everything, and I do mean everything. All you have to do is let go and take the ride. A great adventure spot for everyone! We visited zipzag.ca for our ten year class reunion. At first we had expected a large group, but due to rain we ended up with a group of only ten. The workers there were more than helpful and managed our group very well. Knowing we lived over an hour away, they worked with us to keep us informed on the impending rain storm; very accommodating! The staff was so inviting from the people in the office, those getting us geared up, and those taking us through the zip lining course! The whole crew is very personable and made the experience a blast! The owner was just as welcoming and did his best to make us feel that way giving us insight into the future of the business.
