Hi guys. I bought bicycles for my kids and also bought a warranty on them. One bicycle broke within…read morewarranty and I had to file a claim. I was sent out an email with a gift card. After few months I went to use my gift card but I was shocked to see the link was expired.( no mention anywhere in the email that the gift card will expire on a certain day). Talked to them and they initially said they will fix it. Then after couple days they said bring the original receipt. I told them I did not have the receipt as my claim approved and I had my gift card. Long story short they never paid me my $110 and I felt robbed and scammed. Will not recommend this store to anyone don't go there. It's absolutely a scam.
