Scott came the next day to fix the job. After he left, it was about 50% cleaner, still having discoloring and stains. When I came home, it was evident the outlet was busted and the power on the other outlets was out, too. I immediately reported the concerns, yes, concerns, and although was offered a "free" cleaning to get the missed areas AND repair of the outlet, when I expressed I do not have confidence for them to come back to my home I was met with anger and denial the damage was done by their team, the only people in my home. Not only denial, but then also told my home is old and my electric fried on its own, both unfounded. I was given my money back and told to call an electrician and fix it myself, again, after expressing my distrust. What was accomplished in the home was done very well and I give credit for that. The poor communication, the unmet agreed upon standards, the broken and disregarded CGI outlet make this experience unexpectedly sad and not in line with what I hoped would be the foundation for a future of regularly scheduled maintenance cleanings.
