I was fortunate they got to me the same day as my furnace quit working overnight and turns out…read morethere was some carbon buildup and Derek was able to just clean it and get it running without needing any parts. Nice to know there are still some honest people! On top of that, my dryer vent on the roof of the house was clogged and Derek volunteered to go up and take off the vent cover that had years of roof coating covering it and clean out the vent free of charge.
