Even when you can see on the website that the driver hasn't even left to go to the restaurant an hour after you ordered the food. -if the restaurant is 8 miles away from your home, they add $3 without you knowing. -if you have an issue with the food delivery, that's your problem. They don't care. They got your money already. -The very last sentence of the FAQs is this: We reserve the right to add 15% gratuity to any and all orders. So, if I tipped 20% on a meal that was incorrect and took one hour and 45 minutes to arrive, you can add 15% on top of that horrible experience.
